After having brunch here I will definitely be back for their dinner service.
Definitely worth checking out. Tried the biscuits & gravy, full 2.0, pancakes all were solid renditions of the traditional meal with a twist.
Callout - The French press is a full French press not just a personal sized one

I really wanted to like this place because the dishes all sounded amazing but everything fell flat flavorwise and nothing was really good enough for the price point. The lobster and roti ravioli were especially bland and the scallops came out almost cold. The service was very friendly and attentive and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Our food was fantastic! Location and atmosphere were terrific. Our service was exceptional, especially our server Jessica. If you go, make sure to try the Dosa!

1/5 ⭐️ Deeply disappointing for a Michelin star restaurant
I have NEVER been to a worse restaurant with Michelin star in my life. And never been so disappointed in a place that charges as much.
Food: (horrible)
- absolutely everything is very spicy WITHOUT any mention of that in menu
- poor presentation
- cheap low quality ingredients
- burnt
- absolutely NO flavor to food except spiciness
Ambience:
- loud and tables are too close to each other that you can feel a breath of a person sitting in a next table
Service:
- we have been waiting for our food for over an hour even though we were first in restaurant
- waitresses didn’t know anything about their drinks and when we asked for semi sweet wine the brought us super dry without even warning that they don’t have other options
Not recommend this place.
Sorry.

Hello - I am a resident of 15th street and find the smell from Lore's kitchen fan/ventilation system EXTREMELY bothersome. Living a quarter a block away from the restaurant, the smell is so strong that I cannot open my 15th street facing windows during cooking hours. The portion of the block where this exhaust is located reeks. Other neighbors have also complained about this. (I have included a photo of the vent from the outside, which looks like it has not been cleaned in quite a while.)
I really hope that as a local establishment you can look into this maintenance for the betterment of your neighbors. I would love to try the food once it was clear that the sanitation was satisfactory.
Response: This is my first post - I am not an internet troll. As I mentioned, there are others in the neighborhood who are also bothered by this issue, so they may have also written. Since moving here in August, the smell has been an overwhelming presence, I’m not sure about before then. I’d be happy to come in to speak about it in person/ on the phone and remove the review. I do hope you can be respectful and take this matter seriously.
Good food, good service, and the atmosphere the best .

Had brunch here a few weeks ago. Got seats at the bar right away, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Brunch was delicious!! Definitely one of the best brunch spots in Park Slope, which is lacking in good, elevated food. Loved the flavors here. It made me want to come back for dinner. Go give this place your business.

Enjoyed our brunch here! We had our pup with us and it was nice to be able to sit outside (the have an enclosed patio during winter so it wasn’t too cold, altho the outdoor space can feel a little tight - chairs do touch the back of the other chair behind) with our pup, they are dog friendly, and the chef was so nice to our dog (she got some sausage treats!). Everything we tried on the brunch menu was nice - had the dosa (it was crispy!), the smashburger and fries, and the biscuits and gravy and all tasted good with a little nice twist on traditional flavors.
Would love to try their dinner menu one day!
