Walked in. No one to greet us. Waited ten minutes. Finally a cook popped out of the back. We told him we had a reservation. He just looked at us. Pointed at a table and we sat down. Server came to us and we tried to give our drink order. He told us he would just take the whole order and we could tell him our drinks at that time. So he came back ten minutes later and we gave our order and drinks. He then never came back with our drinks. About 15 min later I stood up and told the cook that we were leaving. He just looked at me. So we walked out Horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The worst experience in NY by far!!!! I made a reservation 2 months ago to have lunch here with my family including my mother who's 85. Just the night before, the restaurant owner decided to cancel our reservation without any explanation. Finally, we made two new reservations and it seemed ok. We were coming from a morning excursion that was late due to the traffic so we called the restaurant twice to let them know we were late. When we arrived, the owner looked at me over his shoulder (like forgiving us our life) and said we didn't deserve anything because we were late. We had no option as it was 3.30pm and we were a big group. So finally he seated us in a nearby restaurant (that was also his) which was awfully hot and smelly. And the owner repeated/threatened me twice that we had to consume a lot and buy wine. Finally we had a short lunch, with very average food and incredibly expensive. The only positive note was the rest of personnel who tried to help us and I swear they looked ashamed of their boss's behaviour. I don't like giving but feedback, but this was a good try to ruin our trip.

Excellent experience. Delicious Neapolitan pizza. Amazing dough/crust. The SWEETEST server - kind, welcoming, and attentive. So glad we ignored previous accounts of experiences. Whatever was going on there in the past is not happening now. Just delicious pizza and great service. Highly recommend.

Food was very good. Service was friendly but none of the drinks, including soft drinks and alcoholic, arrived until food was half eaten. Good location in Dumbo near bridge.

Never go there, the man chased us out of the restaurant because we asked if it would be warmer, he said no, so we didn't want to sit in the cold, when we were wondering whether to stay, the man said: "get a car of there" and chased us away

I was there last evening, here are the numbers: 1 pizza Siciliana + 1 Sanpellegrino aranciata + 18% tip= $40 and some (although pizza was $20 and the drink $6.50, not sure how they did the maths, unfortunately I didn't realise this yesterday.) Pizza was just below average, maybe small for NYC. The waitress was at her rudest: yelling "whaaaat?" instead of asking to repeat and just unwelcoming. I had my pizza and left after 10 minutes - the quickest pizza in my life. If you charge this money, at least make sure the staff has some basic manners. I don't write negative reviews often but I thought I'd flag this one up for tourists/solo travellers (like myself)

we came here for some pizza. We got 3 varieties. Each pie was AMAZING. The arugula & prosciutto was my fave. Hope to come here again next time it rains

Terrible place, they made us wait and in the end they didn't serve us
The first waiter who served us went next door to tend the bar and the second one said he wasn't working.
I don't know if it was discrimination or just poor service.

Everytime I go into this place I get charged a different price for the same meal , I checked the website and yes they overcharged me, I sent in a white friend to get the same thing before and got charged the right price but my boyfriend is black and I’m Latino and we get a different treatment, is always the guy at the front counter with glass. His costumer service is terrible. Is shame because the food is good. And ironic because they use Latino labor but don’t like to serve them.

Expensive and subpar, $52 for 2 small pizzas. Bread was too thin and toppings fell apart. For 4 people we weren’t allowed to order 1 pizza or do take out.

Placed an order on Seamless. 1.5 hours later still no food. Multiple attempts to contact the restaurant, no one answered.

I would like to say that the food was decent. I recommend the gnocchi. The service has space to improve. I asked for straws, and the straws I received did not have plastic covering on them. The waiter gave them to me with bare hands. I also noticed that the pizza was being made without gloves, and the cook used his bare hands to touch so many things along with making the pizza. 😬😬
