The audio in this place does not match the vibe of lovebirds- inside, a boho, chic, calm Brooklyn vibe is going, with calm tones, cool are and plants lining the walls. We each tried a white wine, and I wouldn't get it again personally. the charcuterie board was great, the bread ratio was off, though. They could have added more for the two person portion.

came here for a double date! we were generously allocated a spacious table which we spent 2 hours of our evening yapping over wine and their house special espresso martini's. we ordered their charcuterie board, shrimp ceviche, cod, gazpacho and mushroom pasta which we enjoyed every single bite of!

I’ve been to this local bar three times and each time was more awkward than the previous…. We came here on a Sunday at 9:30, the site says the bar is open until 11. When we arrive there were four other people at the bar. We took a seat and the bartender / server gave an unwelcoming look. We asked if they were closing she said no but it was slow so last call would be 1030. Fine. We ordered two glasses of wine and my friend asked for a slice of cheesecake.. the server gave us a look and said yeah we can do that. She served us and we drank our wine, etc. at 10 two guests left and the server started to close down (put chairs away, shut off candles, etc.) then it got awkward. She was basically standing in front of us waiting for us to finish our drinks. After the second couple left, even though I was finished with my wine, and it was NOT 10:30 she handed us the card reader and said whenever you’re ready. Ok, but I wanted to order another drink. She was rude and the experience was awkward and off putting. We paid, told her she could get on with her night, and left. Never again!!! Even though it’s local I’d rather walk further and have a better experience especially for a $17 glass of wine ??

The bartender was so sweet, and cute. He’s pretty hot too! Like a Mexican Chuck Norris. I’ll certainly be back.

I came with my boyfriend the other day here for brunch and we were so excited to try out this new cute restaurant right by Mcgorlick Park, however, we were pretty disappointed. To start off with some positives, the atmosphere is beautiful inside and the restaurant is very well located. The staff was very friendly and timely. This review is mostly just about the food. We both ordered the brisket breakfast bowl. The aïoli was very tasty, but it came only with one egg, some small potatoes, arugula, and both our dishes had barely any brisket. Of the few brisket pieces in our bowls, they were mostly fatty. We were very disappointed, especially since it was $26 per dish and we were still hungry when we left.

We went for dinner on our last night in New York. The perfect place to grab a bite while drinking! The pasta was really delicious. It was crowded on a Friday night, so it would be safer to give medicine. The store staff are also very nice!

I love this place. You walk in and you feel at home. So glad this neighborhood got a resto/bar that has interesting wine, a solid menu that changes often but keeps the best, and plays good music without being over the top. Go for the wine, stay for the pasta and cheesecake. I’ve been multiple times since they opened and every time is better than the last. A local gem. See eaten cheesecake. It’s beyond. Also staff is normal people who have interesting things to say. People you’d want to be friends with. Support them now Brooklyn!.

Lovebirds is the perfect place to sit and have coffee during the day and also a great dinner/wine option. They’ve done such a great job with the ambiance during the evening hours, and during the day Lovebirds is flooded with natural light and a great place to work from, or just hang and read a book. The croissants are primo, lattes are ??‍??, and the charcuterie was delightful when I visited.Overall Lovebirds is a great for having coffee with friends, getting some work done, and a romantic date night ????
