Excellent date night bar. This bar is quite pricey at $16 for well drinks and $17 for specialty cocktails but you are paying for the ambiance so have a drink or two and then go to your local watering hole bc there really isn’t much to stick around for. The bartenders are efficient and friendly without being too much. There is always way more staff just hanging around than needed. DJ is generally playing the top 100. Why do you need a DJ to play that is an odd choice. It gets pretty loud around 11 pm so they try to be more clubby than lounge. But let’s be honest you are going to love joys to lounge and not dance. I also liked that they let outside food in since they didn’t serve food.

I used to love this place, but I came back today after a long time and paid $17 for each drink and I agree, but in these glasses? And an espresso martini with ice and a plastic cup. The owner has to put in some effort. I won't be back.

Great ambiance, good service, good drinks and aesthetically pleasing. Came here for the first time on Sunday July 22nd and will definitely be back. The music wasn’t overpowering, so I was able to hear myself speak :) Perfect ending to my Sunday evening.10/10 would recommend. Oh and Shashi is an amazing bartender, she made us feel welcomed and drinks were delish! Will be back with friends!

I highly recommend Lovejoy's for hosting an event or private party! I recently organized my friend's bridal shower here and all my guests kept telling me what a fantastic time they had! As someone who can be quite particular when it comes to planning, I found Aida & Miranda on the Lovejoy's team to be amazing to work with. They were extremely communicative and accommodating to all my requests and budget.
Their flexibility allowed me to bring my own catering, flowers/decorations, and my own playlist, and I was able to customize the event to what I had envisioned. They went above and beyond to make the event special and offered a cocktail menu with customized drink names, which the bride-to- be loved. Also, they were so helpful and set up tables and tablecloths upon request for me, which made my life so much easier!
In terms of the space itself, the décor is tasteful, fun, and so aesthetic - from the chandeliers, to the hanging plants, arched mirrors and bespoke wallpaper. We were given the balcony/dancefloor space in the back, and there was enough room for my party to play games, mingle, and set up a DIY photo booth. Not to mention they have a cute outdoor space with a garden wall for people to hang out.
Finally, the cocktails are delicious and beautiful, and you can tell they only use high quality ingredients in their drinks. The Stardust is my personal favorite, which is made with hibiscus gin and has gold flecks in it!
Overall this place is just such a gem and made an amazing venue for an event!

Yet another cocktail bar that I was pleased to cross off my Want to Try list! Lovejoys is a spacious bar serving up a tiny but mighty menu of craft drinks. I stopped by while waiting for a later reservation at The Monkey King nearby and ended up ordering the Zephyr- a whiskey forward drink with passion fruit, yuzu, and lime. Delicious! Zephyr is a stray from what I would usually order but I was itching to try something new and this one definitely stuck out to me. I was honestly pleasantly surprised with it and would give it about an 8/10 in terms of taste and balance. I'm excited to give the rest of the menu a try soon! The only downside of this bar was the service sadly :( I was barely greeted upon entering and the bartender on site looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but working. Hoping that was just an off moment though!

Lovejoys is one of my favorite bars ? The music is always good and not too loud so its great for conversation. LOVE the esthetic. The drinks are great, highly recommend the Palm D'or with pineapple tequila. Would love it if they sold food here but I think you can bring food from outside (don't quote me on that lol).

This past weekend I hosted a private event(my babyshower) at Lovejoys. From the very beginning Aida and Emmy have been very accommodating and informative. I chose Lovejoys because of the ambience and décor, which meant I didn't have to do much decorating myself! Everyone at my shower was asking where I found this spot and LOVED everything about it. The staff on site were amazing and attributed to the best vibes I could have ever imagined. The cocktails are beautiful and delicious! I am still receiving compliments about the event and this was all because of Lovejoys' help. Thank you Lovejoys for making our day all the more memorable!

Not only is LoveJoys a beautiful, chic location but its also ran by such professional folks. I recently hosted a surprise birthday for a close friend and reserved the balcony area. The bar minimum was reasonable, the main POC for the day (think her name was Serena) was extremely accomodating providing everything we needed for plates, they customized a special drink menu, allowed for decorations AND the DJ was on point. He was accomodating to request and never showed any annoyance. If anything, he was partying with us. My large group and I had a great time. Cocktails were also great (not cheap though FYI). I would suggest LoveJoys for any event, a cute date night/girls night out or just a time to dance on the weekend !
