My visits have left me troubled by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards, which appear to fall far short of acceptable levels. Disturbingly, Lucky Star has failed multiple health inspections, raising serious concerns about food safety practices being followed. During one visit, I discovered a dead (cooked) fly in the french fries, which I feel warranted immediate attention. Upon returning the fries I was unfortunately threatened by the cashier instead of receiving an apology or resolution.
Furthermore, I have witnessed unacceptable practices in the kitchen, including a cook handling dead mice. Such occurrences are alarming and have compelled me to advise others to steer clear of this (Lucky Star) establishment for their own health and safety.

I ask for duct sauce and they want to charge for duct sauce... she wouldn't give me duct sauce.. I would never order again and the food was nasty..
Eight years ago I bought food from here because they didn’t use MSG.It wasn’t until I DID SEE PREP PERSON DROP CHICKEN ON THE FLOOR AND PICKED IT BACK UP TO PREPARE THAT CHICKEN THAT DROPPED I WALKED OUT WITHOUT MY ORDER AND NEVER WENT BACK.Also this guy SMOKED AND COUGH WHILE HE PREPARED FOOD.Lesson I learned Watch out for Smoker inside and observe who prepared my food.It would not go back to this location I don’t know if that guy is there after so many years.
