I use to visit lucky restaurant at a different location, however, when it moved I didn't visit the restaurant until now. The food was good and a good portion the customer service is also great. I recommend.

Was recommended to go here a couple of weeks ago by a friend who lives nearby and always Door Dash from here. Ordered the escovitch meal and fried whiting for my daughter. The whiting never made it home 😊 It was crunchy and very well seasoned. My daughter ate it all in the car. Thank you to the server for giving her good pieces. The escovitch, I should've gotten a large. It was so good. Definitely a much different and better taste that what I am used to in Queens. I will definitely be back

Food tastes great. Prices are reasonable. My only two issues: 1.) Every time I come in here they never have Rasta Pasta whether I come in early morning or later in the day 😠So it would be more honest to take that off the menu altogether. 2.) They need better containers. My food always arrive messily. The bag is soaked and ready to fall apart. Please change containers.
Visiting from out of town and I decided to google search Caribbean restaurant and Luckys popped up, OXTAIL with white rice and plantain was ON POINT, soft, seasoned correctly and Tastful Will definitely order again and again Thank you for having trust again in OXTAIL

So last night my babes told me he wanted some Jamaican food for dinner and he wanted me to go to the restaurant around the corner from my house which is Lucky's Jamaican restaurant he told me he wanted stew chicken so that's what I bought for him and I also ordered myself a curry goat and some sweet chili shrimp. I was so disgusted at the fact that every time my man took a bite of his food he was spitting it out. So I said babe what's wrong with the food he said "there's no f***ing meat in it! Every time I take a bite all I'm getting is bone and Gristle!" You don't know how infuriated I was knowing that I paid $11 for a plate of bones and Gristle! Are you serving people or are you serving dogs? The curry goat didn't taste very good either the only thing I enjoyed was the sweet chili shrimp! I've eaten here before and I never had a complaint about the food until now but they will never get my money again that was $21 down the drain!!!
