Lucky's Cocktail Lounge

I’m actually sitting here as I write this review on March 7th. Came in ordered a drink tried to pay in cash and they asked if I was tipping or needed change and I said yes all of a sudden there was no change. I then paid on my card and they charged me a tip anyways. Now I don’t mind to tip but could I get a second to taste my drink and see what kind of service I was getting before you forceably take it. I don’t care that the tip was included I’m referring to your bartenders nasty energy and immediate desire for the pay. I understand gratituity being included but your servers nasty vibe towards me wasn’t included. Thanks for your response though idgaf about a required gratuity

I just love this place. I drive from LI to visit this place as many times as I can. food is great, service is excellent, waiters and waitresses are always professional and nice

We spontaneously looked for a bar for my birthday. Top service from Lucky. Great cocktails. She gave us lots of tips for restaurants and bars. We can only recommend it.👍🏻👌

The ambience and the drinks were amazing, but what really drove it home was the service. We felt so comfortable and welcomed there that we have no choice but to go back!! Looking forward to trying the cricket themed drink!

Recently I celebrated my birthday here and this place was amazing. Super accommodating, great food and a really good vibe. I loved the bartender and dj. Definitely will visit again. Thanks to the whole team at Lucky's and Lucky herself.

Customer service is very important in my business. On this particular day, I happened to walk into Lucky’s. I know I’ve been there before on a late night when it was jampacked, but I’ve never been there to eat. The chicken wings I got in this place—oh man, they were amazing! The young lady who was the bartender did an excellent job. That’s why I posted her picture; she gave me the best customer service, made me feel very comfortable, suggested some good drinks, and also recommended the chicken wings. I will definitely come back and visit. Definitely a place to check out if you're in town or in the area. Yeah, check out Lucky’s!

Immaculate vibes. Really well seasoned wings. Service was fast and pleasant. Our bartender Stef was excellent. Made great drinks was so pleasant and made great drinks. Espresso martini was great and she was so attentive.

Great hidden gem! Me and my bestie have been stopping by a new happy hour every week. We already decided we will be back here next week. The first spot we have chosen to repeat. Drinks and food are great. Atmosphere great! Caribbean music great. Service, great!!

This is the ONLY place I will grab a lemon drop with Vodka from. I had regular lemon drops and pomegranate lemon drop. ?. Food wise: Wings, shrimp and truffle fries are A1. They slap every time.
Adrienne was the bestest— very attentive and had a great personality. I’ll definitely be back.
