Did not feel welcome, first off coldest day of the year 11-11-25 and no heat, off the gate the greeting was unprofessional. With eyes rolling n slamming of menu. Due to my frequent visit i asked for my order an asked for some seasoning to be added to my burger she told me it was not possible, ok next the drinks were watered down an inconsistent when we mentioned it she said it came from a pitcher an all of them are the same but yet visually I can See she was making them. Previous employees were way more attentive n accommodating to the customers IDK who she is but she just single handily just lost a customer who for the past year have been recommending friends an family. Sad I got this type of treatment from my own neighborhood . Dnt get me wrong all other visit and experience were great untill today. She just doesn't belong behind the bar if you are a owner even worst

So I was in the house feeling bored on Saturday lookup this place and decided to check it out Didn’t disappoint . The Karaoke 🎤 and drinks mixed with some good old school music didn’t disappoint - the seafood soup was mwah 🤌🏾The atmosphere was very chill - Met the owner she was very welcoming . I know where I want to throw my college graduation 👩‍🎓 at ❤️ -

Went on an early Friday evening and the place was already jumping. Got a table quickly and ordered, but it took al least twenty minutes for the food to come. Had the wings, shrimp, catfish strips, a salad and a couple of beers. Honestly the food was a little bit above average, but not so much. Also, the music was extremely loud for such a small place. Will try again, by maybe not on a Friday.

Rum punch has got to be pre-mixed because it’s absolute trash. And Hire better bartenders & staff , they’re disgustingly rude and bad for business .

U should teach the people who are working for you to be more respectful and take constructive criticism when someone is saying they don’t like someone not try to bully them the people you hire and choose to represent your establishment is going to be your biggest down fall although the owner might be nice the people she hire isn’t they should be suspended or take a customer service class

The people who serve drinks and take orders horrible attitude especially the people who are making/serving drinks wouldn’t go back unless better people with nicer and welcoming attitudes are hired

YOU NEED TO CHECK THE ATTITUDES OF YOUR WAITERS/waitress if someone doesn’t like something and is saying it nicely they should take constructive criticism instead of being defensive and making someone feel uncomfortable. And this is not the first time I’ve seen a review on how nasty the people you hire are to others and people who are spending money it’s ridiculous

They serve dirty glasses and tainted drinks to customers. They should be reported to the city health dept, switching ingredients with food or drinks or using old ingredients could get someone sick.

Best happy hour in Brooklyn !!!!! Strong drinks and the sliders are delicious. Backyard is so relaxing and good music is usually playing back there too. My only critique is the service can be a bit slow but they usually make up for it ! Don’t forget to try the truffle fries! Will be going here forever!!

I would not recommend this place outside of the happy hour. We came on a Saturday night. The one good thing about it is that they have games and the DJ is good and the music isn’t too loud. The “deal” that was happening was $15 for 3 wings and fries. The fries were good but the chicken was dry and over cooked. The meal was worth $10 at most. Drinks are at minimum like $15 to be served in a small red solo cup. Lastly the server had an attitude the whole time. They charged us for one meal twice, I didn’t even realize until I reviewed the bill after I left. And she got upset when I but no tip and said because there’s a 20% tip already included. Which isn’t posted anywhere on the menu and the server doesn’t say. They just take you straight to the pay screen. It wasn’t bad enough that I wouldn’t say go to the happy hour. It just wasn’t worth it at full price. This place is black owned so I wanted to love it but if I end up back here again it would only be by accident.
