The smoked brisket is really delicious! However the soup seems a little off

Pretty solid fast casual vietnamese joint. I had the beef brisket pho. Brisket was 10/10, the pho broth wasn't as good -- maybe 6/10. But the deal of a beer + entree (soup or sandwich) for under $20 made it well worth it!

Cozy little hidden gem in the heart of Williamsburg. The beef brisket is absolutely scrumptious, and the folks behind the counter are friendly. Definitely coming again next time I am in the area.

I traveled with my friend in NYC a few weeks ago, and while we were visiting Williamsburg we stopped at this restaurant for lunch. I’ve always thought of New York as an open and inclusive city, but in this place I heard something pretty prejudiced. The guy working at the front was using his dialect to comment on the clothing and even rate the appearance of the woman sitting next to me. I understood what he was saying because my grandparents speak the same dialect. As a customer, I found this behavior extremely uncomfortable.

We ordered the brisket pho, and it came out in about five minutes… the broth was lukewarm and the bowl wasn’t even hot.
The person at the counter wasn’t really helpful and gave odd suggestions. Since they were out of shrimp for the summer rolls, he suggested vegan chicken but didn’t mention the lemongrass chicken. It felt like a strange recommendation, especially since we’d just ordered two brisket phos.

Vegetarian chicken banh mi slaps
I discovered this place a few months ago and since then have been back 4 times. I'm obsessed. Most Vietnamese places don't have vegan options but Lucy's has multiple incredible ones! The tofu and vegan chicken are both great, I've tried them in a bahn mi, pho & summer rolls and all are incredible. My boyfriend loves the brisket.
Prices are fair, it's quick service and they have seating in the back. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often but I try to go every time I'm in Williamsburg!

Love Lucy’s. For a vegetarian, the vegan ginger chicken is amazing, particularly in the bahn mi. I usually go for half mayo. Live laugh Lucy’s.

Good very very good
DELICIOUS vegetarian Bahn Mi! I got the shiitake mushroom bahn mi with the side of vegan broth and both were so delicious and hearty. Great sizes for the price.
