The lemongrass chicken pho comes with a very generous serving of chicken.
There were three of us and we had two sandwiches (chicken, beef) and a vermicelli soup. Everything was inedible. The sandwiches were falling apart, the chicken looked old and overcooked, and the soup had no taste. An insult to Vietnamese cuisine. Go on your way!
Edit: beef, not egg
Excellent food, fast service, and courteous staff! Will definitely return. Highly recommend.!

Ate there for lunch today. It was a nice soup on a cold day. The spring roll was well made as well.
Amazing bhan mi and even better vegan pho broth! Cute back patio

I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. It's pretty hard to find genuinely good pho or Vietnamese food in general in NYC (especially anywhere near Williamsburg) but Lucy's is a gem.
The pho is superb, super flavorful and the noodles are perfectly chewy (They also have a vegan option which is shockingly good, I would normally never recommend). But in my opinion the one dish you MUST try is the smoked brisket banh mi. From the outside, you'd never guess a humble little spot like this can pack so much flavor and umami into its brisket, but you'd be wrong. I bring my friends from out of town here to try it, that's how good it is.
Also I have to give love to the staff and owners here. Always super kind and welcoming. And last thing I'll say is that the Vietnamese coffee and black teas here are also super yummy (and they even have beer too for late night snacks). Such a huge fan of this spot and can't speak highly enough of it!
Vegetarian options: They have delicious vegan pho, vegan Banh mi and vegan vermicelli bowls.

Really solid pho in wburg. Better than other options in the area. The brisket was super yummy and they gave generous servings as well. Not the most conventional pho but the broth was flavorful and the vibes were very chill. Not too busy or crowded which is nice

Lucy's did not disappoint. Had summer rolls and phô. Both were delicious. If I lived in NYC, I would be here all the time.

5 stars for the smoke brisket pho, they are def smoky, flavorful and broth is good too, does not feel thirsty at all, finished the whole bowl including broth.
3.5 stars for the pre-brew Vietnamese coffee.

Very fast service, the BBQ brisket was flavorful, and the noodle was very authentic. The broth was different than most I have tried, it lacks some beef bone flavor, but has mushrooms in it.

This spot has pretty good pho in a cute shop. Although a bit pricey, the pho is exactly what you’d expect-no frills. I ordered the lemongrass chicken ? pho

Great food, closing time not accurate- I called in to place a pickup order at 9:35pm and was told kitchen was already closed before even giving my order.
