I must say this will be my new favorite spot for Vietnamese take out! I absolutely loved their brisket pho. It exceeded my expectations. Soooo yummy and very cheap! Next time I’ll order their bahn mi sandwich ?

I must say that this brisket pho truly exceeded all expectations. like mine precision in combat, every aspect of this dish was executed flawlessly. The tender brisket slices, perfectly cooked noodles, and aromatic broth combined to create a symphony of flavors that even Baba Yaga himself would appreciate. Each spoonful felt like a calculated strike, leaving me both satisfied and yearning for more.

Really disappointed - stopped in for takeaway today, ordered two phos, and the bean sprouts/basil/jalapeno containers were *slimy*, the vegetables way past due, and the Thai basil black and old. Had to discard. Makes me wonder how fresh everything else can possibly be.

I got the brisket pho and it was so bad that it sent me into an existential crisis and existential dread. I can taste the pain of my asian brethren suffering through years of colonization. That is how it tasted. I am literally sitting at the window brooding over the existential dread this pho has gave me. Why? Why??? What have we ever done to deserver this? It’s like a texan person who never met an asian or went to an asian country made this pho. My day is ruined and my disappointment is immeasurable. Leave my asian food alone, my asian brethren has suffered enough colonization. The rolls are aight tho.

Rudest fucking staff ever and you never know when it's appropriate to dine in because someone's always in a mood, or they need to close just because they don't feel like being open anymore, and if you get delivery you get half of what you pay for, also with a side of attitude and and an excuse about how you have to deal with how hard it is to package food properly for delivery and wah wah wah we don't want to do our jobs so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ hilarious as they have the audacity to charge a $4 delivery fee. It's too bad because the tiny bit of food I've had was pretty good. I guess if you don't feel like dining in a tiny cramped space or you just want to eat at home you don't deserve their food. Too expensive either way and sadly the only Vietnamese option in the immediate area. I should at least commend them for their contribution to the overall decline of the neighborhood and being on trend in that way, I guess. Do not recommend.

Truly the best pho in Bushwick now that little MO’s changed their recipe.

It's more fusion than real Viet pho and banh mi, but it's pretty good. Doesn't quite satisfy my itch for Dac Biet and beef tendon, but in a clinch, it works.

They got super good food here in this little place that could be easily overlooked. I tried the pho with beef brisket and loved it. They took their time cooking the smoked beef brisket and the soup was spot on. It was out of my expectation how generous they are on the beef brisket. The hot soup warmed me up right away and filled me up pretty well. I’m sorry guys that I forgot to take pics because I ate everything so fast lol. I will make sure to include some pictures next time.Vegetarian options: I saw that they have a good selection for vegetarians.

Ordered delivery & the contents arrived wet with 90% of the pho broth spilled at the bottom of the bag. I instantly called back the driver but he denied responsibility, then I called the restaurant which just led to more confusion. Regardless of whose fault it was the restaurant should have offered to redeliver the food as courtesy. Not a great first impression.

I ordered Lucy's Vietnamese for delivery on a rainy Friday night in which the beef brisket pho was the perfect antidote. The 14-hour smoked beef brisket was top notch. Noodles and soup broth flavor on point. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a comforting, hearty soup to warm yourself on a cold winter evening. The delivery comes in their signature reusable red totebag with handles, which is an admirable branding touch So grateful there's a location in my hood, and can't wait to try out the other menu items!

I've been ordering take out from lucy's for years now and they always deliver high quality food. the pho is good and they separate the noodles/veggies so it doesn't get soggy during delivery. the sandwiches are my favorite. toasted buttery bread, fresh cilantro, chicken and peppers!!! this is a take-out place. last time I went in person they had some seating outside.

Food is very med but isnt any competition nearby. Thought service would be but condescending service. Will give u wrong order and argue about it.Even if service was well, the food needs more flavor. had to drown pho in hoisin sauce.

10/29/23 FOIL ON CHICKEN: I ordered take-out on the Seamless app. I was excited as it was my first time trying the food from this restaurant. To my disappointment, there was foil stuck on the chicken. I received a refund through Seamless, but am deeply concerned that other people may be ingesting foil like I did today. It is my own fault that I didn’t notice until I finished 2 out of the 3 summer rolls that were was foil on the chicken. I put my trust in this restaurant and the people who prepare the food, and that trust was quickly taken away. I don’t mean to undermine other people’s reviews as those reviews convinced me to order in the first place. But this was my experience and I may not be alone.EDIT: The bottled Vietnamese Coffee was good though, lol. And the food came relatively on time. Two stars for this.

Look through the other reviews before going. Not a traditional Pho; its a riff on it. Which I respect, but the thick cut Texas style brisket had a char on it that just made the entire soup taste of char. Left me wanting to seek out another bowl of pho to satisfy the craving because as another reviewer said this is more like a Chinese noodle soup. I will be back to try the brisket on the Ban Mi because that brisket will work so well on a sandwich.

The Bánh mì and Pho we ordered for delivery surprised us as delectable given that we were expecting less flavorful dishes from a fusion style Vietnamese place. The food was very much enjoyed on the cold and rainy day and I would probably come back in person to thank the staff.
