Lucy’s Vietnamese has the best beef pho! It’s my go-to spot—the quality is consistently amazing, and they’re super flexible and understanding when it comes to special requests or larger orders. With multiple locations around Brooklyn, it’s always convenient to find one nearby. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors!

Edit::: I purchased instore, then ate it about 6 minutes later when I got home.

I’m really confused on what the hype is for this place. They use old bread, which they toast so you can’t tell that it’s old. You can tell it’s old by the wrinkles in the bread. My sandwich was served very soggy. So many wet ingredients that it just falls apart in the wrapper before I can start eating. The bread ends up turning gummy. The brisket was fine. So were the sprouts in the sandwich. Nearly $17 for a soggy sandwich with old bread is ridiculous in Williamsburg

A very pleasant and comfortable, small restaurant. The service is extremely quick and the food was great. Good vegetarian options. I enjoyed my experience here a lot and will definitely be back to this location.

Have had the chicken and brisket banh mi's and pho's. Chicken pho is probably my favorite.

The smoked brisket itself is delicious, as is the lemongrass chicken on the banh mi. The problem is it just doesn't altogether taste very Vietnamese? Or at least, the protein's kind of drown out the other flavors. I want to love this place since the ingredients are all great but the dishes I've had feel like less than the sum of their parts. Like putting a steak on what you want to be a fast food burger.

It's good but each time I've eaten here it has not scratched my itch for pho or a banh mi. Wish I felt differently.

We loved this new location. As a vegan, I am so happy for their vegan soy chicken. It has a very meaty texture, and the first time I had it I thought they mistakenly gave me meat. The broth is clearly marked vegan, and still has all the quintessential pho flavors. Their vegan banhmi is so good because they actually have vegan mayo/aioli, which completes the dish. Most viet places have tofu banhmi but will withhold the mayo. The decor is clean, simple, and welcoming.

Brisket was mouthwatering and flavorful, pho broth was so authentic, and the brisket bánh mi was the best i’ve had in Brooklyn! Vietnamese coffee is a MUST.

Service was also so lovely and welcoming. The place is clean, comfortable, and cozy.
