$64 for two pizzas (one Hawaiian, one buffalo chicken and bacon) is absolutely RIDICULOUS. NO pizza is worth that much, and especially not this one. I'd be more than happy to pay the price if it actually tasted that amazing but it was some of the most bland pizza I've ever had. Placing an order on the phone was annoying too, I spoke fluent English and Spanish and apparently they still couldn't understand what I was ordering. For $64 the service should at least be stellar and it isn't. Absolutely not worth the price

Worst Pizzaria in all of brooklyn literally. Delivery took 1 hour 30 mins to deliver a pie 2 blocks. Extremely rude staff giving excuse after excuse. Last order was never even delivered and never got a refund for it. Reporting business for doing fraudulent business. DONT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY 0/5 Rating

Best slice in NYC. It can’t get better when you’re able to eat it right when it comes out of the oven.
Ordered take out and had a tasty grandma pie. Had challenges with the seamless app and the staff at Luigi’s were great and helped get it resolved.

Ordered the 2 cheese pizza w 1 free topping special and much to my surprise you only get the 1 topping on 1 pizza. When I called about it dude gave mad attitude. Pizza wasn’t good either.

Had a rude delivery driver, he texted saying he was outside but when I went out he was no where to be found or the two pies that was ordered. Called him and he had an attitude and said he waited outside for 15 minutes and that we’re always like this. Now we have cameras all around the house and know that’s 100% not true but we definitely have the proof of that attitude on there. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with the driver from this particular location but if there’s a personal problem beyond the job we can most definitely figure that out on your next one buddy.Was an Indian delivery driver with a mouth.

I placed an order on seamless to this restaurant by mistake, I called the restaurant as soon as we realized and they refused to cancel the order. They said I had to contact seamless, and seamless told me to contact the restaurant. Seamless called and they still refused to process the cancellation. Ridiculous that they refused to help me with a simple error they could have easily resolved on their end. Do not eat here! Terrible customer service!
