It’s a cozy place to grab something nice and tasteful to eat while walking around viewing the Brooklyn Bridge and observing the beautiful scenery during the Spring and Summer months. The Supervisor and Staff are very friendly, the service was excellent and they make sure you would want to come again. The grilled cheese and hot dog was my favorite dish. Nothing negative to say about this establishment. 5⭐️’s

I recently visited Luke's Lobster at Brooklyn Bridge Park, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious — the lobster roll was perfectly seasoned, with fresh, tender lobster that truly stood out. The buttery roll added just the right touch, and the side of chips complemented the meal perfectly.
What made the visit even more special was the top-notch customer service. Tracy, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She took the time to chat with us, ensuring we had everything we needed, and her warm personality made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of the food.
Overall, Luke's Lobster at Brooklyn Bridge Park exceeded my expectations. Fantastic food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service — I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Lobster was good. However deceptive on menu when u order lobster $39 & $50 roll. Does not come with chips and drink. I asked if it comes with it and lady said she didn’t charge me for the combo then it should not be underlined “comes with chips and soda”.

I understand that the staff might have been frustrated as my girlfriend and I took some time deciding on our order and asked for a clarification when we didn't hear that the meal included chips and a drink. We also made two changes while placing the order. However, there were no other customers waiting in line at the time, so we were not holding anyone up.
While I acknowledge the slight inconvenience we may have caused, I was disappointed by the staff’s reaction. Instead of maintaining professionalism, they openly complained and mumbled in front of us, which made for a very unpleasant experience. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to leave a review about the service I received. Very bad attitude.

Stumbling upon it by chance, I was intrigued by the lobster traps. It was 11 a.m., but the sandwiches looked so delicious that we decided to give them a try. So, we were delighted and not disappointed. My family and I enjoyed them.

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Honestly, I found the food very bland and the portions extremely small for the price. They did give me chips and a soda. Thanks.

Very expensive. Insufficient quantities given the price. Average quality. Certainly not the best lobster bar in N.Y.C. Incredible view of the East Side River on the other hand.

Delicious lobster, but it was the people who made this experience five stars. Tracy and Chenai were both wonderful. They shared their favorites on the menu, truffle butter for the win, and were just delightful people to talk to while enjoying our lobster roll and bisque. Since we visited in January there were very few tourists, and so the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. In the shadow of the massive Brooklyn Bridge, the overall experience was rather serene. You can get lobster lots of places, but people like Tracy and Chenai are hard to find. We'll be returning every winter from now on, hoping to see them and enjoy the slower season in beautiful Brooklyn (Dumbo)!
