I just wanna say shout out to Paco!!! I called a few minutes ago about my order and not receiving the buy one get one as a first time customer,I spoke to Paco and with no hesitation he made sure that I got the deal. He also made sure that I was satisfied with my order. I love Lula Bird. I’m recommending it to everyone that I know 10 out of 10.

Not only was the food NEVER Delivered! Uber eats called the restaurant as did I and no response. No update on the App or anything. Then someone called me to inquire if the order was canceled and proceeded to speak over me while I'm talking and I have the flu. Absolutely not! Been ordering here for a very long time. Poor Service and WORSE DELIVERY! Definitely lost a customer!

Ordered the lulu bird bowl it was amazing the green sauce makes it better a little spicy but so good will definitely try short ribs since I like short ribs the cornbread is the best cornbread I ever had 🤤🤤
so dang good. chicken is consistently great, sides are always a treat (especially the potatoes, which i didn't expect much from). i also love the pickup window setup, and the staff are always really great every time i visit

In my spiritual journey to try all the best rotisserie chicken in NYC, Lula Bird was a name that kept coming up in my comments, so I made the push to Crown Heights to check it out.
They are the self proclaimed best rotisserie chicken in Brooklyn, so my expectations were through the roof.
I was slightly perturbed when I arrived, as it’s only takeout, so my ass was out in the cold. But that’s on me. I should have done my research.
I got the half chicken and 2 sides for $21.75, which was pretty steep tbh. Market rate for a half chicken and 2 sides is $15-19, but they threw in some homemade cornbread that went crazy so it shut me up. I’d come here just for the cornbread.
The chicken skin was ELITE. A Perfect little char on it, seasoned so well. It’s my favorite skin I’ve had in the city. The meat however, left a bit to be desired. Didn’t fall off the bone and was just a bit stringy/rough. It was good, just not great. I’ve had some amazing rotisserie chicken over the past year, so I’m a little jaded. I also may have just caught them on a bad day, it happens.
The Peruvian green sauce they provided was fantastic. I was spilling it all over myself like a little chunkster. Bury me in Peruvian green sauce.

Great greens! Extremely tender Braised short ribs! This restaurant is always fresh, always consistent and with quick delivery. Wish they had macaroni and cheese more often.

The cornbread took me on a vacation to Tastyville. I want to own a timeshare there now, maybe even elope with a whole loaf. I'm smitten.
