The food is good, but I dislike how they have you standing outside the door … It’s one thing not to have any place to sit, but it’s another thing to have customers standing outside of a storefront.. customer service is non existent.
Have only ordered from here online via Ubereats but very much enjoyed the combo #1 and how they have different sides for each day of the week. One of the restaurant workers, Paco, even kindly called me to double check if I meant to order the BOGO free deal for my item, which I did, but unfortunately there was a glitch on Uber that did not activate the deal for me. I tried Luna bird for the 1st time today as they had a bogo sale for the combo#1 (quarter chicken, 2 sides, dipping sauce and cornbread). The sides I chose were Luna rice and the kale and black bean stew. The chicken was nicely seasoned but not fall off the bone. The kale and beans were excellent.
