Coming from someone in hospitality , this place is the ops . I’d be embarrassed to work here . Very intense & as you can see from the extremely wordy thing they keep on the tables , this is a broke bar that says they “strongly recommend” you pay $10 for the band but will hold your credit card hostage & lecture you if you do not want to tip the band you never knew was playing to begin with . Maybe have a cover at the door or , if you don’t already do so , pay your talent an upfront rate or bar percentage so you don’t have to harass paying customers . Does that make sense ? Probably not , from reading other reviewers stating they’ve had bad / rude / unprofessional service here . Like I said , ops .

My recent experience at Lunatico was disappointing. The inconsistent service and unclear seating process led to frustration. The owner/manager was rude and dismissive. He told me I could leave and never come back when I tried to explain a misunderstanding in their guest list process. He was rude and disrespectful. He did not offer an apology or ways to help the situation and sadly that's because he lacks the ability to manage his business effectively

If you’re looking for a place with stuck up servers and entitlement you’ve come to the right place. The atmosphere and band were amazing, but good luck getting any service. And when you do it feels like you’re just bothering the servers. Half the time they’re sitting outside on the patio…god forbid they have to work. Not to mention, there’s a card you receive with a list of rules…there’s a food and drink “minimum”, tip 20%, providing donations to the band. It feels as if you should be thanking them for gracing you with their presence. Just a bunch of stuck up hipsters.

If you do sneak in 😂 you will find friendly people serving OUTSTANDING food (small, careful menu) in a house that Jazz built.
Jazz folks this is the real deal. Everyone else should just come and enjoy the magic of live music.
Pro tip: come early for a seat for the 1st set or arrive late to get a seat by the 2nd set (most likely).
Vegetarian options: Small menu so check beforehand. My 2 vegetarians were fine.
Parking: If you circle they will appear
