The male employee at the front desk dragged me to death, as if I owe you eight million to your father? I told him to ice the milk tea, and he said, "You can't ice the milk tea." I said, "Isn't it written on the menu that you can have it?" He changed his mind again: He asked me to change to a small cup before going. When it was over, he gave me the money. He didn’t even give me the bill and just inserted it into the receipt. I don’t know what he was talking about. This is stupid stuff. The milk tea tastes like garbage among garbage. May I ask what qualifications you have to drag me?

I accidentally dropped one of the bubble milk teas I just bought here. The lady inside immediately helped me mix another cup and mopped the floor. Thank you very much for her kindness and help. Every time I come to New York, I will definitely go to this bubble milk tea shop to buy milk tea. It’s delicious. Thank you so much.

10$ for a drink is already insane. But I have never had a single good drink from here. All the drinks I’ve tasted have tasted rotten, stale, and like vomit: disgusting. What a

The boba pearls were a bit hard and not fresh which really disappointed me. But the service was very good. The employees were very friendly.

This store used to be good until May 1st. I ordered a Taro boba, and after I paid, the female cashier told me they didn't have taro and asked if they could substitute it with purple yam. I said, "Why didn't you tell me earlier? I've already paid." She immediately got angry and forcefully slammed the container of milk tea ingredients. I told her, "There's no need to get upset." She argued back, claiming that she wasn't angry (then what was that forceful action?), and in an unfriendly tone, she said, "I can refund your money." Later, when the purple yam drink was ready, I realized it was just milk and not milk tea, so I brought it up to her. She said, "You mentioned it was milk when you ordered." I remember saying milk tea. I also told her that in normal circumstances, the cashier should ask the customer. She again showed an angry expression and seemed ready to argue. I said, "Enough, I won't argue," and turned around to leave. This was supposed to be a normal interaction between a customer and a cashier, but this female cashier lacked basic respect and politeness, and her behavior was unacceptable to me. The name displayed on the cash register was Jocelyn, if that's her name. Jocelyn, your parents should teach you basic manners because it's inappropriate to have such a rude attitude when dealing with normal work situations. I'm not sure if Jocelyn is the manager of this store, but if she is, it's even more ridiculous because the other regular employees have been good in terms of their attitude and politeness. It's the manager who is showing such poor behavior? I was close to earning a free drink with my loyalty points at this store, but I won't be going there anymore. Do I have to consider the cashier's mood every time I want to buy a milk tea? It's really unnecessary.

A lot of food. The lobster roll could be split by two people.

i've been here once and only once. i was with my friend and she asked me how i liked my drink. i said i thought it was okay and it wasn't what i expected, it tasted like a typical milk tea to me. this was a private and casual conversation. just chatting with a friend, it wasn't even to the employees or anything about the drink.but i guess the owner was sitting at the table near us and overheard. they started going on about how customers are so rude and think they know better and how dare a customer talk badly about their drinks in THEIR store. i was really taken back by this extreme response. we left right after and it's been awhile but i have never gone back. it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth to this day. it's sad because i like other locations i've been to but i won't visit this one again. i've never experienced anything like that!

Me and my friend order a fresh tea drink and did not go as planned. We had very upset stomach the whole day and my plans were ruined and spend most of the time in the bathroom.

This has to be the worst Moge Tee place ever. Once they didn’t had enough milk to make the beverage, next they didn’t had sizes ive asked for. And later they don’t have particular beverages from the menu. Guess what i did. I HELPED Myself to walked out!

This boba shop is bilingual, speaking both chinese and english, and accessible to everyone. Their drinks, like most boba places, are nothing incredibly special, though I can appreciate the effort in making some great fruit combinations with their green tea.As per usual, I'd recommend getting 30% sweetness or none, as they also over-sweeten the drinks. The staff work hard to get the drink as quickly as possible, and usually have it ready in less than 60 seconds
