My girlfriend and I visited this store on Monday, 5/26, to get Thai milk tea. After leaving, she took a sip and mentioned the tea tasted a bit off—different from what we usually get, with a strange sour aftertaste. I tried it myself and agreed—it definitely wasn’t right.
We’re regular customers and usually really enjoy your drinks, so we decided to come back after our errands (around 7PM) to ask if the tea could be remade. When we explained the issue, one staff member turned to her coworker and said, “They said it tastes weird.” The coworker immediately responded, “No, we don’t remake drinks.” I politely asked again, mentioning that we come here often and that the drink was genuinely off, but she just repeated, “Nope.”
It was disappointing to be dismissed so quickly over what felt like a reasonable request. A simple remake of a drink—especially for regulars—shouldn’t be treated like an unreasonable demand. It made us feel like our experience and loyalty didn’t matter at all.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. There are plenty of other bubble tea places in the area with more considerate service. We won’t ever be returning
This is one of my favorite boba shops. Very clean, quick, and delicious. If you need help, they’ll help you. Not too pricy. Highly recommend the slushes lol
Used to go here religiously but no longer as the woman working there today had a bad attitude when I asked for a small cup of whipped cream even though I left a tip beforehand for the trouble.
Good selections of specialty teas to go
Ordered the brown sugar boba with oatmilk. I do like how they don't mix any other milk with the oatmilk substitute unlike other boba places. The drink, however, felt like I was drinking water with added sugar.
So much varieties. Such a good place for boba in williamsburg
The fruit slushy is amazing here! Love the strawberry one

Ordered the coco mango slush and it taste bland af lack mango flavor im rating this drink 1 star worst drink on the menu. Not worth 9$ i'd rather drink water
Boba was really good and the boba pearls were sweetened well. But just a fyi the menu prices definitely changed, the $5 that they are showing went to $7-8 :/ inflation a bitčh!

This location in particular is excellent! We've ordered countless time, both for pick-up and delivery, and they've always got it right.

Half cooked boba. Flavorless tea. Very watery. Expect to pay a minimum of $8 for the smallest cheapest item. Not worth it in my opinion.
They should've soy and almond milk substitutes.
Vegetarian options: They're all vegetarian. Lots of fruits.

Really pretty cups, great atmosphere but drinks were horrible and didn’t go well together $10 for regular boba is too much in my opinion. Strawberry boba ended up tasting like banana and ended up dumping drink in the trash ?
