Didn’t know what to expect but The service was exceptional, Mj was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. It has a very homey vibe, There’s a clock on the wall leading to the kitchen that I appreciate very much. When is the best time to come back for a hot chocolate?

This food slaps. Mac and cheese with different toppings such a great idea and taste amazing. I tried the Mac and cheese pizza and sweet and spicy salmon yummy….. I would definitely come back again for more.

This place has no variety and a weird menu. Mac salmon chicken are the options not a vegetable on the menu and the Mac is basic. It was very mediocre Mac and cheese. I'm apauled at it being the main attraction. The time they took to renovate this beautiful space they should have put just as much effort in improving the menu and the Mac. The counter staff nice yes professional no. They gotta do better or it won't last long better options all around them.

I walked in at 8pm there was no one in the facility except the staff who were quite friendly. I was able to order quickly. I ordered a large classic and a large Mack that had ground beef. Thirty minutes later I was still waiting for food. I get the food and arrive home to what was inedible burnt Mac completely inaudated by black pepper. $50 wasted. Very disappointing from food to service.

Don’t mind the mixed reviews, this place is amazing. I ordered the 4 baked wing lunch special with classic mac (came with a ginger ale)
They food is banging & they customer service is good and I would definitely go back and order another Macaroni & Cheese & Crab meat dinner

Wow... this mac is delicious the chicken was flavorful. I was skeptical at first but to my surprise the food was really good. I will be returning to try the other combination mac.

The Mac Shack will simply delight all those who dine on their world famous mac. I rode my bicycle here and was not disappointed by the huge portion sizes, made-to-order freshly baked macaroni and sweet juices. Had the combo #1 with j*** chicken, and a small Burger Mac aka Bed-Stuy. Had to take leftovers home. PRO TIP- bring your own metal cutlery from home so that you can scrape the burnt cheese bits off the side of the aluminum container and pop those quickly and easily in your mouth, you'll understand how heaven tastes after that. Good food takes time, don't rush it.
