We got a classic mac & cheese, and then we also got a fancy. One was ltruffle oil and all that and that was good too -so rich to eat just that one …. It’s A fun place to go and share stuff… I wish they had more sides that cut through the cheese. I was Jones and ? some collard greens, and like a vinaigrette coleslaw it was a hot day …But the portions are huge and you can just take it home and Dazzle up whatever sides you want… I also went back and brought my 16 year old son and his gf…which also got highly rated by them, they don’t play about Mac and cheese.

I like the food but i found something distrubing while i was there the young man with locs at the register 11/12 sunday @5:30pm was talking to a guy that was just hanging out in the store and i heard the conversation and it sounds like they were doing credit card scams hes was talking about putting something on uber and lyft to see if the card would go through, was talking about they should just go get a bunch of gift cards for different amounts and then use those to buy stuff, he said he went to websites and ordered stuff and when he went to use the card again it was locked and the guy that was sitting around was on his phone the whole time and kept saying well this one didnt go through either.. When we walked in he was punching in something on the card machine but i didnt think nothing of it untill i heard the guys conversion later on.Im from the hood i know exactly what they talking about, After hearing that i locked my card as a precaution because that's what i used for payment, i would advise ppl to be careful using their card here oh yea and they also charge 5% to your total when you use your card instead of paying in cash. The next time i come here i will be paying in cash if you use your card here keep an eye on your statement for unauthorized use.... Also the wait for you food will be long just an fyi but other then that i ordered the mac & cheese balls which i usually get but their food is good.

Called in advanced to place an order for Thanksgiving after seeing on their website/IG that they were available. Spoke to a man who not only confirmed that I could place my order for the small "Vegan Mac" and value sized "Brooklyn North" - but even told me what the total $ would be for pick up. When I called the day before to confirm my pick up time, I was told my order was never placed, and when I offered to pick up the order that night (I was WILLING to eat day old food), they told me they didn't even have the vegan or gluten free ingredients to make the order!! We literally didn't buy ingredients to make extra side dishes since we were planning on this as part of our Thanksgiving meal. We were looking forward to this, huge bummer the customer service sucks.

Maybe new owners not sure but they don't have cheese in their Mac and cheese classic. Cannot find much cheddar except for the top which is hard to cut through. Sad each chance I give them it's the same and it's not cheap either. $30 for a mid sized portion they call "large." Lesson learned. Let us know when you have adequate cheddar or anything in your Fulton classic.

Didn't really try what they are known for ... Macaroni and cheese but I just wanted tomato soup with grilled cheese ... unfortunately they were out so the woman at the register suggested spinach chicken noodle soup which took mad long. She said twelve minutes but was at least 20-25 ...only notices because I only have one hour for lunch ... soup was ok macaroni noodles chicken stock spinach and pieces of chicken breast that was served with a fork. So while I was waiting for the soup I'm gues the owner or the chef came out and brought me a macaroni and cheese egg roll with oxtail. Not on the menu yet but soo good ... crispy hot good cheese pull flavorful sauce on the side,,, yum! Worth a visit.

The food is always on point. Seafood Mac is good. You think you having pizza eating the pizza Mac . Tried a few and was quiet impressed. Salads are very healthy and side dishes such as salmon and wings are season and cook to perfection. Service is pretty good most times. Order before you get there because when it's busy the wait is long..

Saw this place while I was searching for food on my lunch break and it didn't disappoint. I got the wings and Mac combo with a flavor of sweet and spicy on the wings. Very nice portion of food. The Mac was very cheesy which I loved and baked to perfection, you could definitely tell it's made to order hot and fresh the way the cheese was pulling. The wings were a good size but could use alil more flavor the sweet chili flavor sauce on the outside wasn't enough for me but it was still decent. The service was very pleasant and kind. There is limited seating but if you're just quickly eating it shouldn't be a problem. The menu is filled with a variety of Mac and cheese options catered to the different communities in Brooklyn which I look forward to trying. I'll definitely be back castes I love cheese.

The macaroni isn’t tasty it’s missing cheddar cheese. I order the Mac balls and the grilled Mac and cheese, I should of just went with my gut and ordered on thing …. I don’t really understand how it’s supposed to be a Mac shack but they don’t get the mac & cheese right. This is my second time ordering from here and my second time being disappointed
