Maison Premiere provides outstanding service and features a thoughtfully curated, albeit limited, menu. The wine selection, though not entirely to my liking, pairs beautifully with the seafood dishes. The ambiance is exceptional, and the staff delivers prompt and attentive service. However, despite her warm and welcoming demeanor, the hostess appeared to struggle in distinguishing between patrons seeking a full dining experience and those dropping by for a quick drink.
Only got drinks - mostly mediocre (margarita, pinacolada, mai tai). Hot toddy’s were interesting.
Some of the drinks also took a very long time.

Maison Premiere delivers outstanding service and features a thoughtfully curated, albeit compact, menu. The wine selection, while not exactly to my liking, pairs beautifully with the seafood options. The ambiance is exceptional, and the staff are attentive and highly efficient. However, despite her friendliness, the hostess seemed to struggle with discerning between patrons seeking a full dining experience and those dropping by for a quick drink.
