Maison Première is an exceptional spot, the music, the ambiance, the décors all are amazing but the best of the best is to seat at the oyster counter and have a great discussion with James while he is preparing the oysters plates. James really made this experience unique for me and my friend ! Really a must
Husband and I had an incredible experience for his birthday dinner. Food was top to bottom absolute perfection; we loved picking from the raw bar menu, and our entrees were amazing as well. Husband said the monkfish was perhaps his favorite dish in NYC. Wait staff and sommelier were attentive and thoughtful, but never made us feel rushed, which is a rare experience these days! An absolute pleasure to dine here. We will 100% be back!
Just celebrated a 3 day family reunion in NYC with my daughter and 3 college age granddaughters.
Our dinner at Maison Premier was my favorite moment! The large selection of oysters was a delight and Sapphire oysters were everyone’s favorite! We also chose lobster roll, crab cake, and baked oysters. The warm madeleines for dessert completed our festive dinner.
We will definitely return.
