The service was excellent with caring hosts. We had the pate, succo and french onion soup to start then split the onion crepe. Serving sizes were generous and the value was excellent. We live in DC but would happily return!

My husband and I came to Maison Provence ten years. Last night we went there, and it hasn't changed. That's a good thing. It is one of the most charming restaurants I have ever been to. But unlike many charming restaurants, it offers truly wonderful food. I would normally not go to a crepe restaurant, but Maison Provence serves Bretonne buckwheat crepes, with really wonderful, inventive fillings. We had one with goat cheese, honey, figs and onions and a Paris crepe with ham, swiss Cheese, mushrooms and a perfectly fried egg on top. Servings are ample for entrees all in the $20s. Our chestnut glace crepe, for dessert, was divine. All around are items from Provence, including some only-in-France grocery items. A real date night gem. I look forward to going back in the summer and sitting outside. Cute nabe as well!

This place brings me straight back to south of France! 🥹 Such good food and incredible vibe! The owner himself is from Nice and yes he is so nice and talented! I'll definitely bring friends back all the time!

From the moment you walk through the doors, it feels like you’ve stepped into a different country. The space is colorful and full of character. The host is very attentive.

Had a delicious brunch —and felt transported to a whole other country! The atmosphere is bright and cheery and full of nods to the south of France. The service attentive and thorough. And the food is delicious. The onion soup is wonderful and has a slightly different twist—herbier maybe? A little lighter?—and a new favorite. The raclette sandwich is like a croque madame plus with the addition of melted ementaler-type cheese and cornichons and prosciutto. And the omelette with escargot was so buttery and garlicky covering fluffy soft eggs. Loved it and will be back!

Easy to see why this place has a 5-star average rating. Great food, great service, great vibes. We were late for our reservation, so we needed to wait a few minutes for our seats. A staff member gave us 2 complimentary champagne glasses

They remodeled the place, which is nice, but honestly, it’s lost a bit of its charm. The new additions feel pretty “plastic.” Plus, the food takes forever to arrive—I'm talking an eternity! And a burger costs $24... served with chips right out of the bag? Definitely a pass on that. Nothing that can’t be fixed. Fingers crossed. Service is good, and it’s a lovely corner spot.
