Strawberry Pie

Here we take the milky creaminess of Sweet Milk, and add the best "sprinkles" that we know: candied fennel seeds! Each bite will be a contrast of the sweetness of fresh dairy and the minty woodsiness of a pop of fennel seed. We created this flavor to celebrate the one year anniversary of our store, but we kept it around to keep the party going!

Date Tamarind

Tart, sweet and lightly spiced. The date's rich caramel sweetness is balanced by the tang of the tamarind and rounded out with subtle spice notes of fragrant cinnamon, clove and a hint of cayenne pepper.

Ghughra

Ghughra, little pockets of pastry filled with a nutty, milky and cardamom spiced mixture, is the ultimate Diwali treat.

Golden Tumeric

An earthy flavor, accented with ginger, and a spice blend, this ice cream tastes as bright as it looks.

Hibiscus Chaat Masala Sorbet

Floral and fruity with a hint of tartness - the chaat masala is a blend of spices that adds a nice savory umami to this unique sorbet.

Kaju Katli

We couldn't think of a more iconic Indian sweet than kaju katli so we had to bring it to our Diwali flavor lineup. Our version is a cashew ice cream swirled with a cashew fudge ripple and topped with a piece of housemade kaju katli (topped with its signature silver foil!)

Lemon Cardamom

Tart lemon with floral cardamom; there has never been such a seamless, yet unexpected flavor pairing.

Madam Vice President

We are celebrating Kamala Harris' glass ceiling shattering win as the first female VP of the US! We honor her East and West Indian roots by using coconut and mango - commonly used flavors from India and Jamaica - as the base of the ice cream. We then fold in jaggery candied lotus seeds as a nod to her name (kamala means lotus in Sanskrit).

Mango & Cream

The flavor combines the simplicity of sweet milk with a fruity, tangy and sweet mango and puree. It's almost an ice cream and sorbet in one!

Masala Chai

A little sweet, and a little spicy. You will get hints of ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper in this flavor inspired by the classic tea.

Orange Fennel

Citrusy with an herbal, slightly licorice note from the fennel, this pairing is familiar, yet surprising, and just happens to be Pooja's favorite.

Peda

Peda, a milk fudge, faintly spiced with cardamom and topped with pistachios, is a favorite at Malai. To round out the Malai Diwali lineup, we fortify our sweet milk ice cream with toasted milk powder and cardamom and then fold in roasted pistachios.

Pineapple Pink Peppercorn

This refreshing flavor mixes the tanginess of pineapple with the sweetness of coconut and white chocolate while a touch of pink peppercorn adds a soft spicy note.

Red Chili Chocolate

Using Andhra Pradesh's heirloom chilies, this is a rich chocolate ice cream, with a kick. The heat of the chili will make you want to go back in for another bite!

Rose with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

Our most popular! Sweet, floral and spiced - there is nothing that this ice cream doesn't hit. It's unlike anything you've had before, in the best possible way!

Royal Cinnamon with Black Salt Caramel

This is big, bold cinnamon flavor with the earthy, smokiness of black salt in a comforting caramel swirl. Familiar but unique, this limited edition flavor uses the beautiful spices from Burlap & Barrel.

Saffron Pistachio

Saffron ice cream base with a pistachio, white chocolate, cardamom swirl.

Sea Salt Vanilla

A bit of sea salt to take away the sweet edge of vanilla; this flavor is a satisfying twist on the classic.

Spiced Peanut Crunch

Sweet, salty, nutty and spicy all in one! This is a rich, spiced peanut vegan ice cream with the slightest amount of cayenne pepper. The best part: peanut chikki swirls. Delicious!

Star Anise

A robust coffee flavor, with granules for some texture, paired with cardamom. Just like the drink in ice cream form.

Mace Date Caramel Chocolate Chip

We love celebrating women owned food businesses - we are one! So when Sylvie from Just Date Syrup reached out to create a holiday flavor filled with dates and ice cream, we were excited. When she told us that Amy Guittard from Guittard Chocolate would be involved, it was a no brainer! Together, we created a creamy ice cream packed with jammy date flavor and hints of bittersweet chocolate. Holiday indulgence at its very best!

Came here on a date night and had a great time. Masala chai and carrot halwa were our favorite flavors. They have these nice plushies on the window sills you can sit on if the seating is full. Amazing ice-cream!

Delicious and unique ice cream flavors.

The cilantro vegan sorbet is a must - lots of cilantro and tasted like a delicious sweet Indian chutney in the best way possible

The cardamom variety doesn't disappoint either

Lots of vegan options too including vegan kulfi which I'll have to try the next time I'm in.

My favourite ice cream shop ever!! The flavours are always rotating, and are only ever absolutely delicious! Such a fun mix of textures too!

Dominique was so helpful in helping g me picking out a flavour (because I was considering about half the menu) - she’s the best and so friendly!!!
