My experience at this restaurant is actually a zero out of 5 the server was extremely rude after receiving my order which I realized was wrong he insisted that it wasn’t wrong and decided to start huffing and sighing and having an attitude when I asked him to change it. He continued to show me the receipt of my order, insisting that no this is exactly what I ordered when I told him over and over that it wasn’t I was extremely patient because the food did take a long time to come out but I was understanding of the wait time. Another party at the restaurant had the same issue with him when he insisted that their order was correct, and indeed was wrong. He was telling the parties that no this is what you ordered. I didn’t eat the food because it wasn’t my correct order and I ask for a refund and he continued to have an attitude. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all because the customer service is bottom tier, and the wait time is extremely long.

1) 6$ Upcharge from the displayed price online
2) The pho was cold after a 10
Minute walk
3)They also gave no utensil’s with the meal
4) The pho was outrageously mid 4/10 pho for 22.85
5) Better alternative is grand pho or cafe Vietnam

i got their pork bánh mì. the thịt was a bit too sweet for me. it’s a 24/7 place so i didn’t have high expectations to begin with. still if it was near my college i’d definitely go here more often.

Incredible late night food!! I had the chicken rice bowl which came with a side of broth which was delicious & the pork dumplings, also so so yummy
The service is painfully slow. Took 20 minutes to make a bahn mi…

I've tried nearly every pho restaurant in Brooklyn and NYC.
This one is the best. Large portions and the broth is so flavorful, meat is tender and cooked to perfection.
Summer rolls are fresh and amazing as well. Service is great and it's open 24hrs.
The best! Thank you

Came in later in the evening cause I wanted a hot bowl of Pho. I get there and scan my QR code on the table to order. My table was not cleaned and there was residue as well as leftover bean sprouts from whoever ate last. I ordered and paid, and waited for my order. I waited and waited… about half an hour passed and I got up and told the server it’s been half an hour and that I want my food to go. He tells me to sit down and that someone took my order and that it happens - a complete lie because I was present the whole time when I placed the order and when I got up to ask for it to go - the restaurant was not busy and I noticed which patrons came in and out, as well as the other table who got their food. I sit and wait, and then my Pho comes out but the server did not pay attention to me as he brings me the bowl of Pho for dine in, after I told him I wanted it to go because of the wait time. Funny how quickly the food came out when I got up to say something. Horrible service, decent food. Probably won’t visit again, but they’re open 24 hours which is nice.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Don’t spend your money here. We waited 40 minutes for 2 orders of pho and we were the only people in the restaurant. Lots of tables were dirty. The staff were rude.

I’ve never written a review but the food here was so bad I decided to write one. I got the ribeye pho, and It was actually the worst pho I’ve ever had. The meat was so overcooked it was hard (and there were only 2 pieces) it just tasted like hard noodles in warm water.
I ended up asking for a refund because I couldn’t eat it and could not justify paying $18 for that. That is not something I’ve ever had to do. I’m disappointed because I was really excited to try this place :/

It’s appalling to me that as the manager of an establishment you have no idea what is in your food. Anyways, do not order from here. Spent 10+ mins confirming the food was allergen free, it wasn’t. Called back and spoke again to the manager who straight up lied to me about the ingredients. 0 for service.
