RUDE and POOR customer service.I am customer for the past year and half and despite making a comment to the staff each time, nothing is changing.This is impossible to get the most basic order done in time and matter. If you guys decide to be part of the Mealpal community for customers lunch, this is part of the program to get the meal prep and ready to be served within the timeframes scheduled by the platform. Please stop wasting your customer time or acting like you don’t know the rules set by the platform !!!!

Totally bizarre place. Four tables of people working on laptops but when we asked the barista for the WiFi password after ordering food and coffee, we were told “this is a tech free environment so even though we have WiFi we can’t give you the password”. What the hell?! I’m all for cafes implementing no-laptop policies if they want, but everyone’s on a laptop and you have WiFi. To add to that, the service was the slowest I’ve experienced in a long while and with zero customer service.

Upstairs looked more like a storage room. Tables were filthy. Did not see anyone clean the entire 2 hours I spent there.

One barista seemed awfully grumpy and the other was heads down sitting down hunched over on their phone behind the espresso machine. In fact, I waited around for a few minutes before I watched the first barista have to go nudge the second barista to ask them to make my order. I said “thank you” when my order was made, but got no response back... Maybe I just caught people on a bad day, but the recent reviews tell a pretty consistent story. Pretty sure this is my last time here as there’s so many great options nearby. Side note to management: The front door also slams so downstairs didn’t seem to be a very relaxing place to hang out, especially when upstairs is closed (which it was when I was there)

I bought a cookie that was delicious and a banana bread, which was like rock, I asked the cashier to heat it up to improve it a little, who snatched the bread from me and threw it, he had the worse actitud. It's a shame that this maman is so neglected in terms of customer service and food quality. I have been to others and my experience was completely positive.

A beautiful little cafe. I felt like I was transported straight to Paris. Quiet, warm and cozy atmosphere. Super friendly staff. I would definitely come back here!

Just went there today to get a coffee with my friend. Decent coffee and place.However after ordering two americanos at the counter the cashier asked whether I wanted “just” coffees and then made a comment to the barista that they will only get coffee orders today in a condescending tone. Not very welcoming.Isn’t this a coffee place after all?

This place is fully laptop free and does not provide wifi but the beverages and cookies are really good and the environment is cute !

I’ve finally decided to give up trying with this location. Their espresso is *always* watery to the point of being undrinkable.But I usually ignored that because I like their vegan croissants. Unfortunately today was the straw that broke the camels back.They were out of the vegan croissants at the bar and I asked if they had some in the back. I could hear back of house say yes they had the croissants, but one of the check out guys said “tell her no, we don’t have time for that.” I’m sure if I ordered other prepared food (sandwiches etc) they would have time for that??It was genuinely shocking how bold they were about it. My advice: don’t go here. Maybe then they’d have time to serve people and do their jobs.
