My family and I are heartbroken. We ordered a gender reveal cake and provided the clinic’s sealed note with the baby’s gender. Unfortunately, the staff member never even opened the note—instead, she assumed the gender based on the color of the paper. We celebrated the wrong gender in front of our loved ones, only to discover the truth afterward when I opened the note myself. The moment was ruined, and we are lucky we doubled checked before we start buying baby gifts for the wrong gender, which would have been a big financial problem for us. When I called the shop, I expected at least a full acknowledgement of such grave mistake and a prompt refund and sincere apology, but was simply offered another cake, something that means nothing when the moment we waited for was stolen by careless handling. We had to go there is person and after a lot of excuses we were given the money was given back, which does not undo the whole distress it caused to our family for such careless mistake.

The croissant whether you get chocolate frosted with sprinkles, chocolate horn croissants, or sweet bread. you are definitely in for a treat. All are made fresh of every day. Goes good with a nice cup of Cappuccino

I went rushing to find a cake and brought a beautiful Tre Leche's Cake with Strawberries for my coworkers birthday. I also got some pastries, and they were amazing. They opened at 7am and i was in at 7:05 and out of there by 7:10am. The Lady was very pleasant and helpful and helped me choose from there selection.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE BREAKFAST TACOS!!! I love this bakery so much but my friends and family were devastated when these tacos were removed from the menu. we talk about how sad we are that they are gone, and how much we miss them, on a frequent basis. today, my photo album just shared a 'memory' with me: a photo of a Mandato breakfast taco from one year ago and my heart broke all over again. please make our hearts happy again and bring these back! sincerely, a sad and hungry girl.

I went to New York on vacation and stopped at this location for a quick coffee , who would have known I would have been having breakfast here every morning for the rest of my stay. The food was amazing, bread was always fresh, and the employees are just awesome. Sharon was so kind and sweet she has an amazing attitude. I cant wait to go back, definitely stopping here first.
