My boyfriend and I went here last Sunday night, and I just had to write a great review, as we LOVED it. Great romantic atmosphere, loved the music.. our server Jess, who I think owns the restaurant made me an amazing mocktail. The croquettes were to die for, as was the chorizo in wine, and the spanish tortilla was literally the best one I have ever had, even in Spain! We are looking forward to going back soon. ❤️

I’ve tried to come 3 times and made reservations and they were closed each time!! I don’t think this place is open anymore and if it is UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!

Husband and I went here for my birthday dinner last week. Wonderfully romantic spot with amazing food (lots of vegetarian and even vegan options). Pretty much everything, including the cheeses, are made fresh right there! Fine selection of wine. Warm, quick, and friendly (but not intrusive) service. Pretty affordable. Somewhat limited dessert options, though.

Will definitely dine here again!

My wife found this place when we craved Spanish tapas and it definitely hit the spot in the most unexpected way. We had a trip to Spain a few years ago and the food in this place was a total flashback to the food in that trip! We loved it and we’re definitely coming back!

The owner Jess is an absolute joy! Great energy and is a jack of all trades! She was the hostess, chef and waitress!! Super hero!!

The grand charcuterie board!! Great size for the price!! Replenished bread, amazing
The garlic shrimp: tasty and very generous again with the portions.

My mom had a little fun a got 3 glasses of wine!! What a hoot!!

If you value your dollar, want to support a small hard working business and have a great time with great food, I Highly recommend !!!

Sangria, patatas bravas and croquetas are all to die for! Jess and the service were so personable and the music really made a Latin American feel like home. I felt as I was transported to Latin America and at home with the service! Could not have asked for a better time

This place is a hidden gem.
Everything from the beginning was amazing, even though we arrive kind of late, they were so polite and welcoming.
The food is tasty and authentic and the atmosphere is welcoming. I’m surely going back

Family owned and operated by the sweetest and kindest people! The food is authentic and consistently amazing. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef’s passion. As an Italian (born & raised in Italy) I’m picky about sangria myself and here I had the best sangria I ever had in NY. The people here treat you like they do back home in the south of Europe. They’re proud of their food (as they should be) and I feel at home at Marcela’s ?

We stumbled upon this place and ended up having the best experience. The food was incredible as well as the service. It was very authentic and the owners were so kind. I got the Marcela’s sliders. They gave our table complementary churros, which were so amazing! Definitely recommend this place.
