We were excited to try this new spot in the neighborhood, but when we got to the restaurant it was closed even though my friend made a reservation and Google listed they were open. The sign on the door also said they would be open. If they weren’t going to be open they should have notified us since a reservation was made. One of my friends drove down from upstate and another took the train all the way from Queens so it was just a big waste of time and very inconsiderate of the restaurant to not update us they weren’t going to be open.

Marson’s Cafe in Brooklyn is easily becoming one of my favorite spots — this is my third time here, and I keep coming back for the delicious calamari! The vibe is amazing, thanks in part to the big mural on the wall that really sets the atmosphere. Their Manhattan-style cocktails are top-notch, which is such a treat on this side of Brooklyn. I even brought my son with me, and the chef was super friendly and welcoming. The food is always incredible, and I’m definitely making this one of my go-to spots!

Some of the best food I've had in Brooklyn in a long time. We have been there twice, tried about half the menu, and everything is absolutely delicious. The owner is amazing, friendly, considerate, and works really hard to set up a good vibe in her restuarant. If you are in a mood for good Mediterranean food or just good food, try this place. You won't be disappointed.

Hidden gem in Brooklyn!!! Marson Caffé serves fresh and flavorful food in a bright, plant-filled space with great vibes. The cocktails are balanced and made with fresh ingredients, and the wine list is solid. The Fritto Misto is a MUST HAVE—I’ve been craving it since! The fresh bruschetta amuse bouche on house-made bread is an extra special touch, I’d pay for that if it wasn’t free.
You can feel the love here. This place is from the heart—excellent value, yummy dishes, and a must-try experience.

Stopped in for an early dinner. It was nice and quiet. We got to enjoy our small conversation in peace which we appreciated.
To start we got the Greek salad and the Mezze plate. Both were delicious. The roasted cauliflower on the Mezze plate was my favorite. The hummus is a bit thicker and chunkier compared to most hummuses but it was still very good with pita bread. For entrees, we ordered the Branzino with a side of roasted potatoes and the mushroom risotto (not pictured). The branzino was sooo good with the sweet potato puree underneath it. I highly recommend ordering it. The side of potatoes were good as well and it came with tzatziki sauce. The mushroom risotto was decent. It lacked a bit of flavor in my opinion but it wasn't bad at all.
We enjoyed our dinner. Thank you for great service!

The Mediterranean food is super fresh and tasty. The natural flowers and chill music create a vibe that made me feel like I was on the shores of Greece, Albania, Italy, or even the south of Spain. The location is perfect, and the staff are really friendly. I’ll definitely be back!
