The menu has a great variety, blending traditional and creative options perfectly. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and the service is friendly and attentive. Food was alright but its too expensive for the portions you receive

The food was decent and the waitstaff were exceptional, but unfortunately this review is specifically about the experience we had with one of the staff members working the front register.

My grandmother has mobility issues, and when our table was ready, we politely asked if she could be seated while the rest of our party waited at the front. We completely understand that restaurants often have policies about seating only when the full party has arrived, and we were not expecting special treatment. However, in situations involving mobility concerns, a small accommodation and a courteous response would have gone a long way.
What was most disappointing was not that the request could not be accommodated, but the manner in which it was handled. The staff member’s attitude came across as dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, even rolling her eyes when speaking to me, which made an already difficult situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately this interaction left a very negative impression despite the otherwise positive service from the waitstaff.

My family and I came here on a Friday night - it was super packed but we had a reservation so we were seated immediately. The atmosphere was great, especially with the table lights and the pretty plates.

Our Kani salad and gyoza appetizers came out after 15 minutes, and it was alright. However, we had to wait 1 hour for our sushi (7 rolls), which was absolutely ridiculous. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, kept apologizing for the delay but it is unacceptable on the restaurant’s part. The sushi was also not good enough to be worth the wait. I would argue that it is the same quality as the ones in AYCE restaurants, but with better presentation. Our udon, which was just one plate, came at 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I was going to leave 1 star but decided on 2 since our waiter was very nice and our teas were refilled very often. Overall, the quality and taste of the food was not exceptional enough to justify the price or wait. It is better bang for your buck to eat at a local AYCE than here.

The nicest staff ever! Went here for my friend’s birthday and they kept the cake we brought in their fridge and lit a candle on it without us asking. Food is also delicious & a good price. Will come back 😊🎉

Excellent restaurant! We celebrated our mom's birthday there and had a great time! The food and service were outstanding. Reasonably priced. The ambience is pleasant - perfect balance between casual and festive. Highly recommend!

Nice large restaurant good lighting. Service is great food is ok. Prices are a decent but the different prices for credit and cash are a turn off. Portions are a little small for the price but tasty.
