It was a good experience, I went there initially to find out how much it would be for a small pan of BBQ chicken and it was way too much so I didn't order it but I did get half chowmein and half fried rice with BBQ chicken and it was really good. I'm Guyanese so they did a great job with the food.
Excellent lunch special: for $4 you get your choice of j*** chicken or curry chicken stew on top of either white rice or rice and peas and either plantain or vegetables. Its a smaller portion but really an extremely good deal for money. My only complaint is that its a bit to spicy for some, not for me though.
They continuosly satisfy my Carribean foodie cravings. Authentic flavors of the West Indies, made locally. The curry, j*** & brown stew chicken, are fantastic. The oxtails are bonified delicious. Plenty of tasty menu options, good size portions for the money, inexpensive, . Worth stopping in for some good eats.
