Their workers are so insanely incompetent. People have been waiting 20+ minutes at the till only for the workers to just ignore them?? The workers are just wandering aimlessly while people are waiting to pay with cash. Genuinely don’t come here if you want to pay with cash because it clearly the workers will just ignore even if there is no one waiting for mobile orders. Talking about “oh wait at the till to pay,” I’ve been waiting 20 minutes already????

They gave us only ten-piece McNuggets instead of twenty and assumed we were lying when we tried to correct the mistake. On top of that, they didn’t give us the sauce that we specifically asked for. The staff are also incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even prevented us from going upstairs to retrieve our belongings. Terrible service. Never go to this McDonald’s. One time, I ordered a twenty-piece McNugget, and they didn’t give me a single piece.

I come here several times a week, and all the time at 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. employees close most of the seats and do not allow sitting there, you also have to wait for the employee to come to the restroom and open it, the code is not told to visitors. The question is where to sit with the children if all the seats are closed?

So the food from this place isn’t that bad but the employees always let us wait for along time in line and had a bad attitude, I asked them the pay out check for three times but they were ignoring us. The last time I came, I ordered 4 piece chicken nuggets but they only gave us three. I didn’t complain. But this time I was missing my apple slices so I complained about it and they started sighing and cursing at us in another language.

Today I went to McDonald's on 5th Avenue. Bought food and went upstairs to eat. As a paying customer I expected to have somewhere to sit comfortably. Second time I have gone there in 1 week and they have everyone eating in the playground section packed in on top of each other because the other seating area is sealed off. Why have a seating area and not let people sit comfortably. Many people look to eat upstairs comfortably, not to be onto of each other.
