Place to small, not enough staff. They told me I couldn't ride the handicap elevator with my 77 yr old aunt. I would never, ever go back to this particular McDonald's. When we finished eating, I had to walk downstairs to tell the staff member that my aunt was ready to come down. She then walked up and got my aunt in the elevator while I waited downstairs. I am not happy with the customer service in this establishment.

literally the smallest fish o fillet I got from a MacD. My first time ordering from a nyc MacD so I dont know, maybe its standard here. wait line was so long and only two staff working in front. the supposed ‘drink maker’ didnt know how to make a mocha so the one in the front line had to do it. The staff there seriously need to be retrained. ? . Walking distance from my house is only three minutes but all fries and nuggets are already soggy and cold because of that mocha....

Really excited that the newly renovated mcdoanlds opened. Service is quick and the seating area is at least twice as big now with modern renovations. Although the the place is twice as big now it happened at the cost of the play area which was downsized to oblivion.
