I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s. The morning manager of this McDonald’s location caused a very unpleasant experience and brazenly ignores corporate policy.
I ordered breakfast from 1275 Fulton via the McDonald’s Mobile App on 12/22 before breakfast ends at 10:30am. I commuted 25 minutes to this restaurant but when I arrived, the manager had cancelled my order. When I asked her why she cancelled my order, she said it was because breakfast ends at 10am.
However that was a lie because every McDonald’s ends breakfast at 10:30am or 11:00am. None close before 10:30am.
Further, breakfast service wasn’t over because I already completed and paid for my order on the Mobile App. The app switches to lunch when breakfast is over. It wouldn’t have let me place an order otherwise.
The fact is that this restaurant wanted to end breakfast early, so the manager cancelled orders and now she was repeatedly lying to me about it.
When she continued to lie and say breakfast ends at 10 so she had every right to cancel orders, I asked for her name, and she refused to give it. She was not wearing a name tag which is required by McDonald’s policy.
When I explained that I was respectfully asking for her name since she was breaking corporate policy, causing problems, and lying to customers, she claimed that managers don’t have to wear name tags. This was also a lie.
The blatant policy violations are quite frankly embarrassing. I left the restaurant with no food, having wasted 50 minutes, and with the most unprofessional McDonald’s experience to date.

Everything was good except the aggressive barriers to sitting down and enjoying what I paid for. I get it crime and unwanted guests are valid reasons to not offer a full service experience after dark but for paying customers who don't want to eat by the trashcan, maybe you want to think about having more than one booth open. McRib is back though 😀

It’s cute how they have the fax number listed so you can’t call them. I’m sick of Mac Donald and their workers. I don’t buy the food anymore I just get coffee which you can’t get nobody to make right and now you can’t get that at a certain hour.

I wish I could give this place one star So this. Needs to be known every where I went to McDonald's while I waited for my meds to be filled and I asked the manager and I asked the manager if I could view my son in the bathroom because I didn't want to feel exposed feeding him with a whole bunch of people in the restaurant to my surprise she told me I am not allowed to feed my newborn son in the bathroom or in McDonald's and I had to leave this is a McDonald's on Fulton and Nordstrom so I had to go find my way too a place private to feed my son thank God the Walgreens let me in the back so I can feed him

I just went in to drink a cup of coffee. Staff is really cool. They help you with your order quickly. Even security makes sure everyone is served.

Managers are so nice ☺️ While there is a restroom,you must get staff to open for you (aka) have a receipt ☺️ Security is present, seating in the back.
Parking: EXTREMELY BUSY STREET ? BETTER OFF WALKING ? VERY HARD TO FIND PARKING!
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't say kid friendly as there aren't any play areas .
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes you can come in with wheelchair because there is a ramp just need help to keep doors open as you enter.
