The bathroom here is so disgusting it absolutely doesn’t make sense. There are feces all over the toilet, walls and floor. There is no reason for the bathroom to look like that since I am a worker at an another chain in NY and our bathrooms are clean. Otherwise then that employees are nice and food came out quick

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I needed to use the restroom, and the staff told me they’d only unlock it if I bought something. After I placed my order, they rudely told me the restroom was out of order. Instead of an apology, I got attitude and even insults. Really disappointed with the way customers are treated here.

This location seems to be understaffed or something, its typically always dirty and the food takes a while despite most of the customers ordering on the kiosks therefore not requiring as many people up by the counter. Ice cream machine has never been working when I've come in (typical for most McD's at this point unfortunately) but their ICEE machine also seems to be frequently not working, which is a bummer in this summer heat.

This restaurant is staffed by incompetent people. They poured my coffee into another cup and gave it to another person, even though there was a sticker with my number on it. When I started to get indignant, the staff, including the manager, just denied it and said to wait. Although right in front of them there was an empty coffee cup with my number on it and I pointed to it.
