Just go to another one. Never clean, to many sitting and not ordering or eating, always smells like a filthy mop, the two service widow's make no sense because they're side by side, which creates a crowd. Only two registers, but it is located right by a busy subway and bus stop, but for some simple reason, they only have two registers and two digital order screens. Which also are right up front. It's always a crowd because of the design. Clearly, the person or persons who came up with design have never spent a day watching operations. I've never gotten an order correct because it is too small to be so busy.

I tried the Mcrib, and it tasted like synthetic meat. The BBQ sauce was good, but that's it. I wasn't convinced it was a rib at all. It was kinda disappointing.

Never call out mobile order, have you standing around the store for more than 20 minutes even after your food has long been prepared.
Food is a hit or miss, good thing about this location is they have security although I don’t know if they’re real security guards or workers in uniform. Be there when it’s not crowded, whenever that may be and you’ll most likely be served good food. It’s sad though that some workers are stingy and don’t like giving you sauce-/-as if the meal didn’t cost enough and even when you pay for it they wanna forget to put it in the bag like excuse me please kick the homeless out, clean the tables and do better???

Disgusting need to be cleaned up workers are kind but the store is nasty they need to hire new cleaners security is great guy with the braids he's on point does his job keeps the teenagers in check he needs a raise

Lol we all know this location ghetto and crazy over the years but i work overnight and lately ive been stopping here to get food before work and i love the night time managers i get my food fresh and fast with a little entertainment of the homeless and crackheads?
