No one is asking McDonald’s for something that they provide and fall short of that service. My partner had an issue yesterday because he has a medical condition he had to use their bathroom. We did purchase from them presented our receipts, and he stood there for a long time about 10 mins trying to get him to the bathroom, no one came to open it. The staff was asked several times no one came to help. He had to leave to get assistance somewhere else. Is this where the world is going out people no longer have respect for someone with medical conditions to have to use the bathroom. Sad we will not be going back there ever again to support McDonald’s and I am for everyone to stop by for McDonald’s because The Eastern Parkway branch their staff gave us attitude after asking more than twice.

Place has done a remodeling recently but is smaller then it was. The seats are limited due to homeless, beggers and also teens hanging out. Loud or won't give up space to customers with food. And staff always seem to have attitude and slow even when standing

I stopped at McDonald's yesterday and this morning for breakfast. Running late dropping the children off to school. The children love McDonald's. McDonald's Atmosphere was pleasant. Courteous with a smile means a lot in the morning.Parking: This particular McDonald's is located on the corner of Eastern parkway and Utica avenue. Very congested.
