I don’t work at and never have, but I have been coming to this location since it opened more than a decade ago. I must say the team has been built up well within the past year. I haven’t gotten a wrong order in a long time. The customer service and hospitality from vetted workers is always gracious and kind. Those in the kitchen anre swift and careful. And I see they are always teaching the team to do the same. The store has come a long way as I wouldn’t have written this a year ago. As a person who has worked within the food industry I can proudly say well done! I am grateful to have a McDonald’s within the neighborhood that serves the community with pride! Thank you!
To those that have something negative to say. Respect goes a long way. Meet the team, see them as fellow people and be humble. You pay for your food but they serve you for their pay.
Vegetarian options: Fries appear to be cooked separately as well as the fish filet.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and ground floor accessibility.
One burger we got had 1 cooked patty and 1 raw patty, definitely not ok but I went back and they fixed it for me

This Mc is a time suck. It's always crowded but I feel not because it's good but it's an only option for the area. It really shouldn't be called fast food because they are very slow. They also often get my order wrong or incomplete. On the plus side the staff is friendly and attentive, just not efficient or careful.

This place either needs to be shut down or a clean sweep of employees. None of you guys do your job right. Not only are you guys fighting with each other, you take 30 minutes to send out people’s orders and on top of that items were missing. Worst McDonald’s I ever crossed by. Employees were fighting with each other then leaving. Others not giving out orders or completely in their own world. When we told them we had items missing they looked at the receipt and completely ignored us after. Completely disgusting behavior. Please go through training again. Thank you.
