Unprofessional 12/15/25 @ 1 am had an incident picking up a uber eats order. In the app it says if the lobby is closed go thru the drive thru. I went to the drive thru and was told to go to the pick up window. I stated in the app it say go to drive thru. She say I don't care. That wasn't professional. Their wasn't even any customers at the time being. When i went to pick up window was told by female with glasses that they dont have my order without even knowing the customer name. I said you don't know the name and she replied they not servicing me. Customer service awful. I won't recommend anyone to go there at night.

Looks like this Mcdo was refurbished not long time ago, place is new clean with plenty of seating. Service is as expected from a Macdonald restaurant less crowded than other places. Please ty of parking space.

I ordered online, chose drive-thru pickup, and stood in line. They told me I had to make another round trip. In the end, my order wasn't ready. So I waited over 20 minutes. Even though it was just one cheeseburger and one milkshake. The cheeseburger was stale, and the milkshake tasted moldy. It was simply disgusting. I threw it out to avoid food poisoning.

Teens are loud. They always trying to give you honey mustard sauce at drive thug no matter what sauce you choose. They give you your drink before your meal so it's watered down or melted by the time you get your food.

These employees ( AM ) needs BETTER ATTITUDE.. to serve their Rush Hour AM customers ‼️ The orders are Never Fulfilled Correctly.(.,ex, pepper, Sterile for coffee , Milk for Coffee) .. when I’ve to go back n’ forth MULTIPLE times to Double Check ., before leaving the Counter ! Management needs to Address these .. for better Service & Keeping Up good Attitude Each Morning! It’s Vital ., With Multiple occasions noticed this PATTERN
This morning again “ the Staff isn’t / hasn’t been full-filling the orders Correctly , notices only after leaving McDonald’s! Couldn’t return for claim !! Unbelievable! RUSH -Hour morning every one is busy to be on the move ..! When orders aren’t FULFILLED correctly, attempted to ask … AM frontline service “ with hesitation.. replied “ Anything ELSE ..,?” Simple thing is to provide FULL SERVICE..Without ANY HESITATION!!!
Yet again Customer Service is a Priority! & Professional Grade to Outstand , otherwise McDonald’s needs to be recruiting New Employees.. ! Haven’t seen a bit Change after Subsequent Visits !!!
