Apparently the store is closed between 3 AM and 5 AM every day because I come home from work between those times and every time they tell me the system is down. The trick is you have to order on the app because they can’t lie to you and say that the system is down.

This saturday morning I went to buy a mcgriddle with a hashbrown, and i recieved good customer service from Yenkairy. She helped me with ordering on the machine, and provided a comforting experience as I am not use to paying cash by machine like that. She also ensured she would deliver my food tray to my table, despite me originally wanting to pick up my own food tray from the counter and bring to the table. Thank you.

Way to crowd w kids🤦🏾♂️, service was okay and fries could of been better, didn’t taste fully fried and it was slightly salty they also didn’t fill my fries all the way to the top like they should, slushee tasted more like machine water than the cherry flavor, maybe I’ll try a smoothie or frappe instead.

To the worker who always makes my nuggets organized and pretty when I order on DoorDash. I love you. You need a raise and promotion into corporate. Thank you to this place. Soda is always crispy and nuggets are always so pretty. I always order too, so this just shows even if it’s not dining in, they eat it up. One of the best McDonald’s in Brooklyn. Period. JUST LOOK AT HOW THEY DELIVER MY NUGGETS?? Never in my 22 years of life have I ever got such a work of art.

Im really getting tired of ordering food and they cannot fill up the box of fries. I ordered a large fries and they literally gave me a box of fries half full . If I order a large fries I expect for the box to be full of fries to the top not half way full. I ordered one Mcchicken and large fries that cost $11 plus another $10 for delivery and tax fees etc ordering through ubers eats plus another $10 to tip the driver. I expect to get what I paid for PERIOD. DO BETTER MCDONALDS STAFF.

Every time I come here even when it’s late, the manager here is always the sweetest. Working in the service industry can be tough at times but she always manages to offer the best service. Honestly one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
