Staff was incredibly rude. Was ignoring me when I asked for the bathroom password gave me the bathroom password wrong twice. I had to get it from another patron ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anybody and this is the reason why the death of fast food is coming. They will be replaced with robots and I won't be upset

This is a great location. The dining area is big. They’ve added ordering kiosks, service times match the app, orders are assembled well, and the staff is respectful and kind. Sometimes surfaces are a bit unclean, but it’s a busy fast food joint, so that needs to be factored in. They also offer drive up which is great and not frequently available in the city.
I ordered a double filet o' fish sandwich for delivery and got a regular single filet o' fish instead. Besides that error, the food was good.

Today, my car was towed from the lot without warning, costing me $136. The staff knows me and my vehicle. There was no courtesy, no heads-up, just a complete disregard for the loyalty I’ve shown this location. It’s shocking and disrespectful. I expected better treatment, especially from a business I’ve supported for nearly a decade. I’m deeply disappointed and hope this never happens to another regular customer.
