hell nah saw someone holding a knife and everyone js ignored it like it was nothing so crowded and overstimulating took 30 whole minutes to get my order

I walked into McDonald’s full of hope and left questioning my life choices. The fries were a tragic poem about sogginess, the burger looked like it had lost a fight with gravity, and the “ice cream machine” was, of course, broken—a timeless McDonald’s tradition.

The floor had the mysterious stickiness of a haunted movie theater, and the soda machine’s “Coke” tasted like it had a minor identity crisis. My Big Mac’s lettuce was both limp and defiant, somehow managing to look old and freshly sprayed with sadness at the same time.

The staff were polite but had the hollow stare of people who have seen too much ketchup-related chaos. As I left, a single fry fell from the bag onto the pavement. I considered picking it up… but even the seagull nearby shook its head and flew away.

I put in a mobile order and never got it. I waited 30 minutes until i started to ask where it was. As soon as I asked they would go look at the screen and then stare at me. They either ate it, gave it away for free, or just did not want to make it for me. No one would help me either. Waste of 45 minutes and 10$

The whole entire staff has improved with new well trained staffing. The cashier was amazing. I was indecisive and she was very understanding and was very helpful explaining the deals they currently had. The manager as always was very pleasant and had the line moving quickly. I never met a manager that asked if you need ketchup or any other accommodations before. Thank you for the great experience.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food place — completely unacceptable.

I was in line to order on July 11th in the afternoon, and when it was finally my turn, the cashier — a Black woman working at the front — suddenly stopped taking my order to ask her son (who was standing nearby) what he wanted to eat. She literally ignored me mid-order, left the counter, and brought out another employee from the back. They both started preparing food and a milkshake for her son — while I stood there being completely ignored.

When I asked if she could finish my order first, she didn’t even look at me, and when she finally came back, she snapped, “Can’t you see I’m busy?” — as if I had done something wrong!

Then when I paid with cash, she grabbed the money from me and purposely dropped all the coins on the floor, making me pick them up myself.

I complained to the manager and got zero apology. Nothing was done.
This is beyond bad service — it’s pure disrespect.
Why is an employee serving her own family during her shift while real paying customers are being mistreated?

McDonald’s, do better.

Dirty and very slowly

One of the better mcdonald’s in the area. didn’t have to wait long at all for my food, it was actually very fast given the volume of people and the fact that i didn’t order ahead of time. service was good too and the place was actually pretty neat and clean. only downside was the food tasted like it had been cooked up a while ago and was not all that crispy
