It’s been months that you don’t take cash with eight of your machines!!! ❌This is unacceptable !!! In a neighbor with most resident areas would pay in cash instead of card !!! and the Night Shift Cleaner purposely have his boom sweeping to my feet. That’s ridiculous.(I was like What the puck u doing! )Stare at him, guess what he did ? without a apologize and walk away… (I bet he doesn’t speak any English) I am so upset that I was telling what happened to everyone, my friend, my family, my coworker, my neighbor…to tell them not to go to this McDonald’s for anything, are u happy now?

Clean, decent, fast food. Love the kiosks, not having to talk to anyone and have them misunderstand the changes to an order is amazing

The worst McDonald’s in Brooklyn. They treat people like trash. They ignore curbside orders. You wait there forever. Until you go inside the restaurant to get your food. They hide Monopoly cups and tell customers that they are unavailable. They serve very poor sandwiches. They ignore many components. They are rude to customers and they don’t speak English. ⛔️

The workers were very friendly even though it was so early and they had just opened up for the day. I walked to this one because the other one 4 blocks down wasn’t open when it said they’d be. I wasn’t disappointed by coming here, it was very comfy too and not that crowded. But then again, it was 6 in the morning.
As for the food 10/10 including the lemonade I got. I forgot that they only served breakfast during breakfast hours, and decided to get a chicken biscuit sandwich thing with a hash brown. I’ve had the chicken sandwich before, but never had a hash brown in my entire life. When I bit into it I think I would’ve started ascending if it was possible to do so. Everything I had was so fresh, again perhaps because it was early and they were just made, but regardless it was nice to be able to experience that before work.

There was no straw with mt drink. When I asked them for one they ignored me.
I ordered 5 Equals in my coffee at McDonald’s, and the employee gave me none. Not a single one. My coffee was completely ruined and undrinkable. If I take the time to ask for something specific, I expect it to be made correctly. Instead, I paid for something I couldn’t even enjoy. It makes me wonder who hires these untrained and careless employees Terrible attention to detail and a complete waste of money.

This McDonald’s is one of the best in the area, with a large playroom for kids. I’m taking off one star because of the “EBT accepted” sign on the door, but in reality, EBT is not accepted here.

Everything was fresh, the staff was friendly and even though it was crowded, it was surprisingly clean! My food was brought to my table, whoa! She even asked if I would.like anything else! Big change from the way it used to to a few years ago!

This McDonald’s is a joke. I asked the guy if my sauces were in — he swore yes. Got home: no sauces, no straws. Handing out a milkshake with no straw is basically handing out garbage. How do you even screw up this badly? Hire clowns, get a circus. Thanks for the dry fries and useless shake — pure excellence in failure. HILARIOUS🤣🤣🤣🤣
