This place is busy and they should have someone at the counter. They literally have someone standing in the front by the kiosk to show people how to use the machine but when you get to the counter to pick up order, there’s no one is there you have to wait for orders that you ordered ahead of time to avoid this situation and then when you do get Your food or my case my coffee they stole the McDonald’s sticker. This is super petty. I know this is Bushwick. I was raised and I love it, but this is the petty as as it comes stealing McDonald’s peels

I’m not the biggest review person however I’m so used to expecting bad service going into McDonalds that I was genuinely shocked by how great the staff and just the environment was in general ! Food came out fast, everything was clean and everyone was kind! 10/10

The food and ordering process by itself took WAY TOO LONG. I only ordered a frappe and it took 30 minutes just to get it. And on top of that, the frappe was ready the WHOLE time. AND on top of that, all the big orders, ones that were ordered in the store or already pre ordered got theirs first. In summary DO not go here if you dont want to wait an hour.

The register was closed. They want us to use the machine. Which is in the front store. There so much traffic 😫 I will never go back there I feel unsafe people bumping each other.

I come here all the time when I go see my sis/ my nieces. They always very very very nice. The cashiers even though it's busy they still help my nieces and I with the app. Yes they do have a Kiosk but it's a bit complicated with all our orders. The cashiers here I just love them . They are patient and u don't see them with attitudes or being mean to people. This restaurant after the school kids get out , has soooo many people in it. The lines are long and these employees work the fastest they can and get things done. The McDonald's on 70 st and Broadway need to take lessons from these employees because over there they are sooo rude and crazy attitudes. I will not go to that McDonald's again. This McDonald's is so busy that there's an employee going around sweeping so that it stays clean. I thank the cashiers who are always very helpful to me and my nieces with the app. The food is good and hot and there is an upstairs here to dine at. Bathrooms are kept clean. Parking is not easy around here , simply because it's a shopping area. . Meter parking in day time. This is how busy it gets after school days

They always rush and don’t get the orders correct, also to have to go back for missing items we ordered is ridiculous and when you order your meal and it says it comes with the number of sauces your supposed to get they never give it to you and when you ask for it they act cheap like you not suppose to ask for it. Like hello get it together

I just ordered a fish sandwich and fries and the fish is old, hard and disgusting I will never come back! I never went through this before at any McDonald’s franchise the meat is dark inside looks like it’s been sitting around for days!!!
