The place is spotless i met the maintenance man named Brian who keeps the place very well maintained. The only complaint is have is the kiosk which tells the customer to pay at the counter when their is no cashier available to take your money. This is not good public relations

What do you expect from a 24-hour McDonald's? Nothing but getting your food and going. This place is one of the last reminisces of old downtown Brooklyn, and I'm really glad it's still here.

Staff is helpful and very adamant about only customers dining inside. However there was a homeless guy scratching his butt. Two customers saw this and they came in at different times. My thing is stop bothering g customers and get the riffraff out.

I ordered Food from this place through Uber eats the delivery person waited over 20 minutes to get my food which they didn’t make or have cause they gave it to the wrong person and they couldn’t give me another meal I had to cancel my order and lose some money out of it.
So I went in to get a quick bite to eat and a small coffee. & the cashier was very very rude to me. She gave me my order and I asked her is the coffee ready too nicely and everything. She wants to give me a nasty attitude and say “no, don’t you see that I’m one person, I will never return to that McDonald’s EVER AGAIN!
