I have visited so many McDonalds in the NYC area. Never going back to McDonalds again. The staff are rude, the food is so expensive, and food is so bad!
This has to be the worst McDonalds in all of NYC. The staff are so rude and uneducated. They also got my order wrong. When I politely asked and showed my receipt, they threw it back at my face and started to yell at me. Also the food here is more expensive than the food at other McDonalds location. Even the manager was on her phone while her employees were yelling at each other and at the customers.

Absolute mayhem when I visited. Manager first refused my BOGO survey code, and after I insisted she read the receipt, finally honored it, but told me to order one sandwich from the kiosks so that she could make two. The kiosks were hectic; three were down, and everyone was crowded amongst the other kiosks. The receipt has a survey code but no BOGO incentive.
Disappointed.

This place is ridiculous. ordered one burger, said its gonna take 10-15 and waited over an hour for it. I requested without cheese and seeing two cheese slices on my burger after waiting for more than an hour was disgusting experience. Everything was dried up looking gross too
