The light skinned cashier was so lovely and welcoming! She went above and beyond to help me and even brought my food over. The service has really improved my food came out fast and fresh. The supervisor was also very helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service all around! they improved so much last time i went

Oh God! I do NOT recommend this restaurant location. The food was literally unwrapped, my nuggets had 2 when i SPECIFICALLY asked for a 4 piece, and my drink WAS LITERALLY half way full. I Had to pay EXTRA. 20+ dollars! Woo! Do Not Recommend!!
So i went with my daughter after dropping off her bf for some food is asked for 2 double cheese burger deals, i asked the girl for my fries to be made fresh and without salt and when I got my food they were not fresh and I bit into a frie, it was something hard in it so I took it out of my mouth and I looked at it, it was a rock so I took a pic and im going to ask for my money back.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience at your drive-thru this morning. I ordered an orange juice and a muffin, but when I reached the window, I was informed that there was no orange juice available. I didnāt hear this information previously.
Unfortunately, the staff member's response was quite disappointing; she rolled her eyes at me and even gave me the middle finger. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when serving customers. I would have addressed this directly, but my child was in the car at the time.
I believe that every customer deserves respectful service, and I hope future interactions improve.

All melted ice cream, machines not working or whats going on. The cashier takes the ice cream back from me then both manager & cashier start looking at me taking their time to redo it & to top it off the manager goes like āits hard to believe thatā right when i was holding the ice cream in front of him then they go ahead to give me the same quality ice cream WATERY SMH
