Came in and ordered in mobile app. Asked cashier can she sell me a toy which i was with my 4yr old then. cashier said it was she was super nice as soon as she asked the mananger this grumpy oscar the grouch he said i dont sell toys seperate at this location mind you ive been buying my toy seperate here for ages. Because the happy meal is not enough food for my child anymore.but my child enjoys the toys still. but policy says they sell toys.. oh well.. problem not solved..

My daughter mistakenly ordered an egg mcmuffin thinking it was just an egg sandwich. Usually she only orders Hashbrowns or Pancakes for breakfast from McDonald's. To both of our surprise the egg mcmuffin actually comes with ham! But I thank the store manager, that was really understanding and compassionate for correcting the order. Winston was a complete delight and with no hesitation aimed to please and correct our mistake with such grace and compassion. He's truly a valuable asset to your company!

So today we went to McDonald and My husband soda is flat and he didn’t get his sauce , Now on Nov 28th of this year We went to McDonald and they forgot His 4-piece Chicken nugget with it 5-6$ Meal and Now I wasn’t really to complacent the first time we order but now McDonald is Getting outta hands especially when it come to Hour Rush around 5-8pm , and on top of that they don’t even serve you your drinks just waiting in there flat and watery . Do better .

The place was disgusting and not clean. Staff standing around doing nothing. Hamburger was burned and dry. Fries were cold and dry. These franchise owners don't care about their business. Managers don't care about keeping the place clean. Employees stand there and do nothing. See photos below. This is why McDonald's is going out of business and should. It's disgusting.

A regular customer and am not impressed. I work in fast food got my food handlers etc so I understand customer service. Placed my order through the mobile app but realized I was at the wrong McDonalds was at Atlantic instead of close to where I live in Church Ave. Call the store they answer once call again they ignore like someone calling to scam. Placed my order through the mobile app my payment went through. All I wanted was the order to be canceled or wait until I get to church Ave for the order to be done manager insisted my payment did not go through
I got a snack wrap and fries…I ended up with acute food poisoning in five minutes. Did not have a fun train ride.

The sweet woman that wears glasses she is works mornings & worked today she’s SUPER sweet helpful even walked out to the kiosks to make sure no one needed assistance complete sweetheart & deserves a promotion if you ask me . She wears a blue shirt I don’t know her position but she’s awesome
