I ordered breakfast for my family through the app on Christmas Day 2023. Upon arrival to pick up my food I was "greeted" at the door by an employee. I was not the only customer at the door. She informed us that they weren't serving breakfast that morning. I'm going to overlook the fact that she was rude didn't answer questions about a refund and locked the door in our faces. While McDonald's is great, there is a problem when ordering sundae, milkshakes, etc. They always run out early. It closes at 10:30pm yet at 7:15 I couldn't order a milkshake and the female cashier was very rude!!
