I feel it's unjust that I placed an order via the mobile app, walked 7 minutes to this location, and my order is still not prepared. The issue I discovered was that the staff were engaged in unrelated conversations among themselves. Private discussions should be kept outside of work. It's called fast food for a reason, and what's surprising is that it wasn't even busy.

I like this store. It's spacious and clean, and their staff is friendly. Orders are issued fairly quickly. But I do not recommend visiting this place on weekdays from about 2 to 4 pm. At this time, schoolchildren come here, there are a lot of them, so at this time there is nowhere to sit, they behave noisily and make the trading floor very dirty.

I ordered breakfast for my family through the app on Christmas Day 2023. Upon arrival to pick up my food I was "greeted" at the door by an employee. I was not the only customer at the door. She informed us that they weren't serving breakfast that morning. I'm going to overlook the fact that she was rude didn't answer questions about a refund and locked the door in our faces. This post that I'm writing 23 days later is about the fact that I have contacted McDonald's 3 times since that date and have not received a refund for the breakfast I never received. The management at the store 741 grand st dropped the ball so corporate has escalated my matter to regional supposedly. At this point I'm just trying to figure out a way to get a multi billion dollar company to notice that they owe me more than the apologies they keep giving me when I call corporate. On a day that everyone in the country was giving gifts McDonald's was effectively taking their customers money. I just want what is owed to me and at this point a complimentary item or two for making me wait 3 weeks plus couldn't hurt. Maybe a little exposure will make them get on the ball. I don't know what else to do.

this location needs to be shut down. even without a drive-through, they're severely understaffed and can't handle the workload. half of the staff also has a language barrier. the food is what you expect from mcdonalds but the service is poor, even at fast food standards. if you're willing to wait 40 minutes to save some money & get pushed out from the front of the waiting area by greedy UberEats & Doordash drivers, by all means go ahead
