Staff always talking and cracking jokes with each other while customers are waiting for them to place orders, the female cashier with the short blonde hair talks with mad aggression In her voice and the male with the glasses is always playing behind the cash register instead of taking orders as he should and the food is always cold from the fries, nuggets down to the burgers. Lately they been lying to the customers telling them McDonald’s doesn’t sell coffee at night smdh

Very disrespectful talking to customers crazy my niece had asked for a toy with a Happy meal that they never put in the bag and they told her that she couldn't get a toy this place I do not recommend at all very horrible customer service

The women taking orders was on a personal call while taking my order she messed up my order over charged me and had a attitude when I asked her to fix my order which she refused and walked away worst customer service
I have come a few times to this location, but lately this macdonald’s has gone downhill!!!! Last time I came my quarter pounder was raw , you could see the blood , today I decided to give it another try , when I get home my husbands Big Mac had only half of a bun , all the fries had no salt and weren’t fully cooked, the chicken nuggets tasted old and they didn’t give me any sauce which I asked for!!! Total waste of money . I won’t be returning to this place ever again !!! The owner should really come to this location and inspect!! Like how hard is it to make this food???? Which shows if you can’t do this the right way then you’re a total failure!!!! Something so simple !!!!
