If staff members work in the drive through don’t stop the nonsense of having cars pull up to the reserve spot & adjacent to this one b/c they are too worry on the timer versus getting customers food right the 1st time I’m going to lose it. Never fails. Today I went for a shake & 1 cheeseburger, I’m asked to pull to the side-5 cars later (serviced ) & I was still waiting…smh

First of all these que lol ques made me wait for a simple order turned into a nightmare they couldn't get it right you think that they were making some mongu with tostones because the order took 20-30 minutes which there was a long line of customers that came after us and they were receiving there orders before us. So don't go to this McDonald's if you trying to pick up some food on the go, I wouldn't recommend it
this mcdonald’s is one that has to be the worse of the worse. I don’t usually leave fast food reviews on anything but the service was so obnoxious and horrible that i just had to. i’ve been coming here to escape from the inexplicable heat in the city and everytime i come it’s a different issue. From the kiosks not working to mcdonald’s version of choco brown telling me i can’t order what i want because it was too long. The employees are allergic to constructive criticism and clearly don’t enjoy there jobs at all… My friend was intimidated by employees because of their aggression and horrible customer service changes need to be made here.

The WAITING time is ridiculous…. Always an issue with an order. Then I tell them about the problem and they catch an attitude as if I did something wrong. Then they stand around talking in Spanish not knowing- I’m Spanish,, I understand it well. These girls are VERY rude.
