The staff service was extremely poor. They completely ignored the food delivery person. It was absolutely terrible. Why treat someone in the service industry like this?

Dine-in order with table locator, but I was called to the counter. The manager handed the bag by the edge with two fingers — unprofessional. Also they forgot to put 2 sauces and napkins. Food was correct, service flow was not.

Awful mcdonald's. I waited my order more than 30 minutes and eventually left without it. Nobody unabled to help me. Spanish speaking man just ignored me when I asked him to check where is my order. I spent my money for nothing

30 minutes waiting. They lost my order. Then they said that I didn’t order fries than they found out that it was a meal. My burger wasn’t packed. McDonald’s in Brooklyn is the worst place. I will never come or order in Brooklyn.

Allowed drive thru pick up orders but then closed the drive through. There’s about 50 people inside the restaurant so can’t go in and pick it up either. A mess. I’m sure they could have turned off the order through drive thru option.

Worst customer service I ever experienced, stuff is lazy and confused, I made an online order and came to puck up in 15 min hoping it is ready and waiting for me, but they said they do not have my order in their system so it took for them additional 25 minutes to create a new order and prepare it. Horrible, this place should be closed and rehired and renovated

Need more staff! From a customer and delivery driver’s point of view they need to hire more people. Service is extremely slow and some of the English speaking Hispanics like to ignore customers who have been waiting for a long time and pretend to be overwhelmed when customers are irritated with their poor service. Manger is really nice and shows up when things get hectic.
Are you hungry? Clear your table. All the restrooms are closed, and they don't give out receipts when you order food. When I asked to open the restroom, the manager reacted aggressively and was rude to me.
