This place is a joke, McDonald's is a business that has been in operation since 1940, you would think there standards that have been established would be executed flawlessly. Now my order of their signature combo meal (Big Mac Fries and a Coke), a chicken sandwich, additional fries and beverage for a total of 30$ plus, was crafted horrendously. I could have had this meal prepped by any bum on the street and it would have smacked, but no, the incompetent employees here at this location can't follow THE STANDARDS. My Big Mac was cold, grotesque and old. My chicken sandwich tasted like absolute shit, fries soggy and cold, my drink was warm with no ice. This is basic stuff that YOU ARE KNOWN FOR, get it together your McDonalds it's not hard. I'll be seeing that red head burger eating girl from now own...
I had a negative experience with an employee who was quite rude. Upon approaching to look at the menu, the first thing the employee said was that I would have to wait. ( like 5 times. ) It's concerning when individuals with unprofessional behavior are hired in customer-facing roles.

I can come here once every few months. My double cheese bun is always a little burnt. The cashiers are slow, you have to ask them to bring you a drinking straw and a napkins. One time they forgot to put the sauce, and instead I got someone's hamburger. And sometimes they put ten packets of ketchup, although I clearly don't need that much. One of the self-service terminals is not working. It is quite clean and has plenty of seating

Great place to order if you are looking to wait about 20 - 30 minutes for your food. Plus, the place is dirty tables aren't clean, restrooms are atrocious, and the kitchen had a bun on the floor for weeks before they finally picked it up and threw it out.
