Great location at the heart of Bay Ridge. Gets very busy during the day. Clean and fast service. I was here at around 10am on Sunday.

Very rude server last weekend at the register named Stephanie. Absolutely terrible customer service greeting. Needs to be handling the food in the back instead of up front greeting customers.

1st of all, DO NOT Offer 24-hour service if there is any type of closure! 2nd staff, including management, have no communication skills what so ever. Very nasty and arrogant.

Waiting time for pick up order was more then 30 minutes. Fries were cold. Management you should fix it. It’s fast food but looks like slow food.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. The cashier ignores the customer’s questions and does nothing to help the customers’ problem, and the manger is also not really want to help. For example in this morning one customer wanted some sauce, the cashier just throw it to that lady. I think that is really rude. And the cashier is really rude to me as well. I told her I was ordering the wrong order I wanted to change it. She just did not noting and walk away. I keep asking them why they not change it for me, I was already let them know before they made it. Why did nothing for that. It’s a very simple thing but they do not care about the customers. I think they need more training about how to better service the customer.

Got so much worse since the renovations. Now I wait forever and the fries are cold. Service is abysmal, it’s like nobody’s working there and the few that you see look completely dead inside. The place stinks the whole block and HYGIENE IS HORRIBLE. FILTHY HANDS HANDLING YOUR FOOD IS A MAJOR NO NO. WORST MCDONALD IN NYC.
