Too many kids especially afternoon, they throw away trash everywhere, take all the seats, make so much noises, their behavior is so bad, they are disrespectful and so loud, they swear. Also the employees don't change toys, I bought tiny tan toys but they gave me hello kitty and refused to change it or refund, very slow workers, and food is so oily and unsalted.

Your staff talks WAY too much at night time and literally make customers wait because they’re screwing around. Purposely placed my order down the block and set it for pick up to still have to wait and then a crowd of people were waiting too…. I asked for my iced tea with no ice. I received a cup full of ice. To avoid a scene, I decided to drink it and ask for a refill. This is the first McDonald's I've been to that does not offer refills.
